Accommodation ok but restaurant visit a 1

The plaice was unfortunately dry and crisp and over-salted, probably not entirely fresh raw material, the entrocone was in the meat ok but the sauce way too salty. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not live up to the expected level. If you have really fresh ingredients, they have an inherent texture and taste that is sufficient. Otherwise, this is compensated by various bad masking attempts that were abruptly in this case.

Tack för att du tog dig tid att dela med dig av din upplevelse. Det gläder oss att boendet var till belåtenhet, men vi beklagar verkligen att restaurangbesöket inte levde upp till dina förväntningar.
Vi strävar alltid efter att servera rätter av högsta kvalitet och använder noggrant utvalda råvaror. Vårt mål är aldrig att maskera smaker, utan att lyfta dem. Smak och preferenser är personliga, men torr fisk eller överdriven sälta är givetvis ingenting vi siktar på. När vår personal frågade under middagen fick vi höra att allt var bra, vilket gjorde det svårt för oss att agera direkt. När vi i efterhand förstod att du inte var nöjd försökte vi kompensera detta på plats med både erbjudande om dessert och ett avdrag på er nota.
Vi beklagar att vi inte lyckades vända din upplevelse till det positiva under kvällen, men vi tar med oss dina synpunkter.

Had a three course dinner that was absolutely fantastic and affordable! Even the waiter did such a good job! 10/10!! The food had high tastes and nice quality! Will definitely go here more times with my family and friends colleagues.! Visit!

Friendly reception when we checked in and throughout our stay. A truly pleasant experience. Good food, we had a three-course menu. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in room 1. Good parking facilities. Will be more than happy to return.

Best of Simrishamn

Absolutely magically good dinner two days in a row. Can warmly recommend the restaurant. Knowledgeable staff, great food from selected ingredients. The wines are delicious and perfectly combined with the food. The entire restaurant breathes a familiar and inviting atmosphere.
