An unforgettable stay
We stayed at Hotel Dimar as a family of three, and honestly, everything was perfect from beginning to end.
We were incredibly lucky to receive an upgrade to a spectacular suite on the 8th floor, and this made our stay truly unforgettable. The room was absolutely perfect for us: spacious, beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, with extremely comfortable mattresses and perfect pillows. It was exactly the kind of room you dream of having after a long day exploring Valencia.
But what made this stay even more special was the occasion. We were celebrating our son’s 14th birthday, and from our room on the 8th floor we had the extraordinary privilege of watching the total solar eclipse on August 12th. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and being able to see it from our beautiful hotel room made the moment even more magical. ❤️
A very special thank you to the gentleman at reception who kindly arranged the room upgrade for us. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to remember his name, but I truly hope the hotel team will know who I mean. Your kindness made a huge difference to our family and helped create a memory we will never forget.
We also loved the little details that make a stay so comfortable. Having free drinking water available for guests both on the 1st floor and on the 8th floor was such a thoughtful touch – it meant we didn't have to constantly carry bottles with us.
The location is excellent: about 10 minutes on foot from the city centre, just 2 minutes from Turia Gardens, and very convenient for getting to the beach, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. We reached the beach in around 25 minutes by bus.
After a wonderful week in Valencia, we can honestly say that Hotel Dimar was an important part of our perfect holiday.
Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, professionalism and for helping us celebrate such a special family moment. We will remember Hotel Dimar not just as a beautiful hotel, but as the place where our son turned 14 and where we experienced an incredible eclipse together. ❤️

Great Hotel, Perfect Location
We have just returned from a 3 night break in Valencia. This was our first visit and will not be our last, we loved Valencia, and Hotel Dimar was perfect for our stay.
The hotel is modern, clean, excellent location, very good breakfast and such helpful, kind staff. The hotel is very central for getting around in a nice neighbourhood. We walked everywhere from the hotel, we didn't' need public transport, however it is close by should you need it.
Just one note, we were on the 'city' side of the hotel, so you do get road noise, even if the windows are shut, so you may want to note this when booking your room preference.
If you stay here you will not be disappointed.

That said, we are sorry that traffic noise reached your room on the city side. Our double-glazed windows help reduce it, yet we also offer quieter interior rooms overlooking the courtyard for those who prefer extra calm.
Nonetheless, we are glad our location let you walk everywhere so easily. Our neighbourhood sits right next to the Turia Gardens and puts you within a short stroll of Valencia Cathedral and the City of Arts and Sciences.

Great stay with wonderful hospitality
The hotel is situated close to the park and lots and lot of restaurants and cafes in the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Receptionists are really cordial and cooperative. Barman Johnattan was very friendly and helpful. Neat and clean outside the room and inside. Ambiance overall is peaceful and relaxing. I stayed there during World Cup finals and still it was pretty quiet
