This is a small hotel, clean, Staff very helpful, great neighborhood, everything easily accessible from this hotel. good food nearby

A nightmare

It is the shabbiest and worst hotel I have ever seen.
Everything old, the sheets and towels with a color like off-white. Of pity.
Many rooms without a closet, they only had a rack to hang clothes. The rooms that faced the interior patio, impossible to open the window. The patio with a bad smell and a horror movie.
An elevator in the portal for 5 floors and with capacity for 4 people without suitcases. Mini reception on the first floor. No space to get together and chat...
It does not have a restaurant or cafeteria.
I don't continue because I wouldn't have enough space.
PS: the photos he posts have nothing to do with reality. It is a shame.
We were a group of 56 retired people.

I was staying in this hotel while visiting the twin cities of Ubeda and Baeza on weekend. The hotel building is not the one in the picture. The picture on the hotel's Hotels.com website is one of the historical buildings in the city. The hotel is actually a rather drab 1970's apartment building. The room I had was very small, but appropriate for the price I paid. There was no breakfast at this hotel, as it was closed for renovation. Given the lack of renovation activity, I think it's safe to predict that there will not be a breakfast room at this hotel anytime this decade. While the hotel is not in the city center, it is a few minute walk from the center.

Nice Hotel

Room not as pictured, a little tired, nice position. plenty of places to eat locally, parking only available on street (payable) but safe. Helpful staff, sadly the restaurant was closed but staff very helpful in advising on local restaurants and attractions

We booked this last minute and were pleasantly surprised. The price is good and the location is excellent. It is near the centre of Ubeda and there are several good cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and very helpful.The room was clean and had everything we needed including fast wi-fi. Ubeda is well worth a visit too - it's a lovely town off the beaten track.
