Elegance, comfort and gastronomy
A great experience at this hotel, where the Quality of Welcoming and Service deserves to be highlighted.
A big thank you to Emilia, Agustin, and the manager of the establishment for their professionalism and availability.
The gastronomic part was a great moment of our stay thanks to the restaurant El Buffi, directed by the Argentine chef Marcelo.
Dinner in an elegant room with very comfortable seating, which is a plus for dining pleasure.
Its tasting menu reveals a generous and refined cuisine, whose dishes are based:
-of king prawns, perfectly enhanced,
-a frying foie gras in flaky crust, both greedy and delicate,
-a grilled rib with a tasty chimichurri sauce, a nod to the origins of the chef,
-a salmon supreme with great cooking accuracy.
On the accommodation side, comfort is at hand in the spacious contemporary room, air-conditioned, with a hydromassage bathtub and very good bedding, perfect for a moment of relaxation.
The spa adds an extra touch of well-being, where you can even enjoy a glass of champagne, a particularly pleasant attention.
The hotel enjoys easy access to Covered parking and ideal proximity to Solsona’s main sights, making it an excellent base for exploring the region.

Didn't meet expectations
Room 206 have to put better quality mattress for me is terrible air conditioning. In this case the heating the noise was appalling you could not sleep at night maintenance theme many humidity touched us the Torreón all the cushions that had in the mini lounge sincerely at the price worth the Hotel would have to change them bathroom basic in general yes I think this Hotel would have to improve its appearance the breakfast 10 C 10 very good and the very professional girl a perfect location in the center of the village and right opposite. The Vermoutheria I advise if you want to go to have some wines and make a peck because it is very good the reception girls of the Hotel very short, but the state of the Hotel in global needs a remodeling is very left and it is not cheap. By the way, the TV from bed doesn't look too small for the wall so big man modernize a little wouldn't be bad bigger

Disappointing, lack of cleaning and remodeling. Very attentive and friendly staff
We've been disappointed. We had an apartment that to get there you had to pass through an uncovered terrace with loose and unkept wood sheets. As soon as I entered the room there were ants all over the floor and it was dirty. We warned reception and the very attentive girl came to clean. Very small the whole apartment and old. The wooden floor was broken, pieces were missing under the sofa bed, which was old, small and the whole box spring was stuck in your back. The windows were old with ill-kept gates and the curtains were hung from a steel wire and pretty dirty.
To go to the Parking you have to go through the dining room, almost without space and, loaded with suitcase between the tables and the plates, it is not comfortable or hygienic.
We're not coming back.

Four star hotel???
The best: the staff, but little else to note. The cleanliness of the room was not to our liking. The pillow smelled very bad, I asked to be changed and they didn't because it still smelled terrible.
There was also a strong smell in the hallway.
To access the parking, guests have to cross the breakfast dining room. And we'd see people walk by with suitcases, pillows, while you want to have breakfast quietly.
How we left on a Monday, there were no breakfast staff, it was the receptionist who made you coffee. There were no hot dishes and many sweet and savoury products the day before were no longer left. And they didn't pick up the tables long ago. We were not pleased and thought it is not deserving of 4 stars. We didn't even try the spa, seeing what we saw.

Disappointing
Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing, especially considering that it was a special occasion.
Firstly, the state of the room left much to be desired in terms of hygiene. The sheets and cushions were dirty, something totally unacceptable in any hotel category. In addition, the lighting was clearly insufficient; the room had very little light, which generated an uncomfortable and unwelcoming feeling.
One of the most unpleasant aspects was the bathtub. When the hydromassage was activated, debris of a red cloth (which appeared to be a wig) began to come out, which produced a very worrying feeling of lack of cleaning and maintenance. It was certainly a rather unpleasant time.
As for the dinner service, the management was also very poor. We asked for a single menu to share and yet they subsequently tried to bill it as if it had been two. Even on the inner sheet was noted “1 to share”. In addition, the food arrived cold and of very good quality.
What was most frustrating was not only what had happened, but the subsequent lack of accountability and the way in which attempts had been made to justify the situation.
Honestly, we expected much more in terms of cleanliness, transparency and customer service. We wouldn't repeat.
