Top stay

The facility located in the center of Spello stands out for the extraordinary view that can be enjoyed from the veranda where breakfast is served. The staff is kind and accommodating. The rooms are very well furnished and equipped. The breakfast is varied and well-prepared with truly delicious homemade pastries. Price in line with the services offered.

Facility located in the historic center of Spello, friendly staff, rooms a bit tight but clean and comfortable, there is no elevator in the facility and the stairs are very heavy, especially with luggage. There is no parking available, which is very inconvenient. Prices are a bit high.

A nice discovery

A small hotel in the historic center of Spello on one of the main streets. You can drive in front of the hotel to drop off your luggage, but then you must park about 300 meters away because parking in the center is only for residents. The hotel is small but very well-kept, with the classic atmosphere of a Hollywood movie set in Italy. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and have a spectacular view of the hills, which is a true added value of the hotel that can also be enjoyed in the breakfast room. In the summer, it is possible to have breakfast on the terrace with a view. Highly recommended also for the price, which is definitely low for that type of establishment. The staff is very kind, competent, and friendly. I recommend it.

Not to be returned

The property is located in the center of the village and you come from the only street, very narrow. It has no dedicated parking, but you have to unload your luggage and then park outside the country. The property does not have a modern style and comes with corridors with several stairs, which makes it difficult to transport luggage. The payment of the stay is fully advanced. Breakfast does not have a great quality. Please note that the hotel reception closes at 7pm for any problems. The room, although spacious, has no refrigerator. We had a problem with hot water not getting into the room and throughout the stay the staff did not solve it, although the intervention was requested several times. To conclude, against a clear booking email indicating the days of premanence the property charged an extra night. Definitely not to come back!

An extra jewel...JADE

Great hotel with comfortable and safe shelter for our bikes, on our arrival we are conquered by GIADA who with an ever-present smile shows us the things to visit in Spello and when we asked for assistance for our bathroom is immediately arrived to solve.

Finally the cordial greeting of the owner and her collaborator at our departure
