lovely quiet Rome away from the hustle of the city
just t make it easier to find, it is on Via Ivrea, building number 20 apartment 29, the breakfast is offered at Putia café down the street, a busy little place where you can watch the locals popping in for there espresso. Any questions please feel free to ask.

Thank you for your review. I was happy to have you both as my guests here too. Now breakfast includes some fresh and lighter options perfect for summer season, like cereals with yogurt and smoothies. And you will find Air Conditioner in the room! Just in case you would like to come back in the hot summer : )

the perfect "couple" place
It is just a few minutes walk from the metro A. There are plenty of shops nearby, grocery stores, morning markets, cafe, restaurants, pastry shops etc where you can find everything you need in very good prices comparing to the touristic areas.
Room:
As you walk into the apartment, you enter a really nicely decorated hall with console table, mirrow,chairs and table in which the host, Elena leaves notes, in which we answered of course with other notes . The hallway has two doors. One for you, and the other for Elena. As you enter your room, the bathroom is on the left and the bedroom directly in front. The bathroom has a very large free standing bath,sink (which was the main reason i picked this room), cabinet, toilet and bidet and a big window. No need to pack toiletries, as everything is nicely provided. Also no need to pack a hair dryer, as one is supplied. The bedroom has a very large round bed with satin cover and red and purple pillows . There is a coffee maker, tea and coffee supplies, small fridge, cd player, etc.It has been very stylishly decorated with a lot of small finishing touches which you won't find in hotels such as red walls, strange lamps, smart portrets etc.
Breakfast:
She gave us some tickets for a nearby cafe with a lot of pastries and very vintage decoration which played jazz. It was the best way to start our day in this lovely place where you could have a sit, relax and enjoy your coffee or chocolate with one of a big variety of croissants.
Neighborhood:
It seems to be a very safe area with local people, kids and families. We also had great conversations with the friendly neighbors when for example we wanted to use the elavator. It had a strange mechanism in which you must have closed the inside and outside door for being ready for a next use to another floor.
My boyfriend and I felt so lucky having Elena as a host. She was so kind and she recommended us some good "no touristic" and cheap places for dinner or gelato and she was willing to explain us everything.Before we go she sent us maps from the area the centre and sites for booking museums and for shops i asked her for.
Even though it was a high touristic period and we spend our holidays during Easter,she gave us great direction and for the sake of her i will keep the best memories from Rome. I felt like being hosted by a friend as she even offered us a little Easter present because of the Easter day with little chocolate eggs. It was so kind of her and i will remember her and her little sweet daughter, Rechele !
We would definetely recommend this room to everyone !

Helpful owner, romantic, mystical, relaxing place
That was my first time in Rome and the experience was amazing.
This place is close to the subway and buses stations. The room is very charming, quiet and stytish decorated. The room had spiritual, relaxing, sensual books and relaxing music.
At the entrance Elena left us maps and books from the city (this was extremely helpulf for us) and a welcome note.
She was very kind and share all her knowledge about the turist places and recommendations with us. Her service attitude is beyond good, she is a good host and she also helped us print a couple of tickets for our trips and gave us advise about what to do or where to start.
We felt like we were visiting a friend. She did everything she could to make us feel comfortable.
The breakfast was delicious: homemade cakes (hmmm I want to eat them again!!!), warm toasts, orange juice, coffee and eggs.

Elena was an great host for the short amount of time we saw her and even helped us book our next stopover! (in Italian).
