Not a good experience
Situated a good 15 min walk from the centre of this beautiful baroque city makes this hotel not central and not worthy of recommendation. The best thing was breakfast with pastries and beautiful cakes, plus meat and cheese but the tables were bar so you had to get up and down off these to get breakfast. Not ideal.
The room we had was inward facing but you couldn't see out due to the covering on the windows, giving the room a claustrophobic feel. I was glad we only stayed one night.
We asked for a taxi to take us to the airport the next morning, which was ordered by the receptionist. The taxi that came was terrible. No AC, the inside was dirty and the seats sticky. The driver was over 15 mins late and stopped on the way to get petrol. We were told they would take credit card payment but he wouldn't, only cash and we had to find a machine at the airport to get some money a lot of running around. Not a good end to our visit to Puglia.

Room Design: The window glass is intentionally opaque to ensure maximum privacy and optimal rest. The inward-facing room was specifically assigned to fulfill your request for our quietest available accommodation.
Regarding the taxi service, we offer our deepest apologies. This unacceptable behavior does not reflect our standards, and we have immediately removed this company from our suggested partners.
We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a flawless experience in the future.

Negative surprise at the last second. Average hotel but what was supposed to be a kindness was a negative note
Quite clean hotel, very nice reception staff. Room average. Normal breakfast, nothing striking but varied. I stayed one night and unfortunately the big disappointment was right at the end. I had asked to call me a taxi, after 10 minutes a kind of small bus arrives, without any kind of sign that would make me understand that it was a taxi, a woman gets out and tells me that it is the Taxi called from the hotel. I was told they were an NCC. Basically I paid 15 € to do 1 km. They could have warned me that these were their taxis I would call it myself. Unfair behavior.

Desideriamo chiarire che la tariffa applicata per il trasferimento corrisponde alla tariffa standard prevista sul territorio; pertanto, avrebbe sostenuto il medesimo costo anche prenotando un taxi in totale autonomia. Ci scusiamo in ogni caso per la presentazione e l'aspetto del mezzo del conducente, che non hanno rispecchiato gli standard di professionalità attesi.
Ci teniamo a precisare che i servizi di trasporto suggeriti sono operatori terzi completamente indipendenti e non gestiti dall'hotel. Ad ogni modo, a seguito della sua segnalazione, abbiamo provveduto a rimuovere definitivamente questo fornitore dai nostri contatti consigliati.
Ci auguriamo che questo episodio isolato non comprometta la sua fiducia nella nostra struttura e di poterla ospitare nuovamente in futuro per offrirle un soggiorno perfetto in ogni dettaglio.
