Relaxing, good value

I have stayed in the hotel many times and am always impressed. Santhosh and Shiva run it very professionally and the staff are both friendly and respectful. Great food and a nice garden. There is no reason to look for any other hotel here.

Such friendly staff

I stayed 3 nights at the Hotel Excellency and was really impressed with the excellent service I received at all times. The managers, Santhosh and Shiva, ensure that customer service is their priority. After arranging my taxi Santhosh even took the trouble to call me when I had been picked up to make sure I was ok and happy. Fantastic personal touch !
I had several meals in the hotel, breakfasts and evening meals were excellent. The food in the restaurant was delicious .All the staff were so warm and friendly, especially Nitin and Ganesh.
Thank you for making me feel so welcome

Hotel excellency really lives up to its name. It was clean, well furnished, had a great restaurant and nice rooms and bathrooms. But most of all, i must say that it was the service that made my stay so excellent. Santoush and Shiva are fantastic managers and they lead a team of highly hospital staff. Nothing was too much of a problem for them. Bapi and Ganesh particularly stood out among the staff. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back

Clean, quiet and we'll maintained.

I have stayed in the hotel for a month and have been really impressed. It is clean, quiet and well maintained. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Managers have done their best to make me feel at home and the restaurant is good. There is nothing that I could criticise and I will stay here again on my next visit.

oK HOTEL

We stayed here for 1 night/2 days. Rooms are nice, Location is nice,but Breakfast buffet is very minmal. Dosa/Uttapa with Tea/Cofee. I had to literally fight with the management ,since i had paid for hte whole package of B'fast/dinner. Then they agreed. No swimming pool. Rest hotel is good.
