Amazing place

We have been coming back for years, we have tried the rooms in both buildings. Our personal favorite is the Boutique part, because of its proximity to the water. The rooms, which were beautifully renovated this year, awaited us. Amazing cleanliness everywhere and the kindness of the staff is exceptional! We can't wait to come back again!

Room was clean , staff very helpful, spa good.
Breakfast average, dinner ... many unusual dishes, check it out before booking half board.
Drinks expensive for the quality, wine ok expected better though for huf 35 000.
Walking distance to center 25 mins approx, we took taxi 5 mins. (Temp was + 35°). 4-6000 huf.

NICE BUT COULD BE BETTER

Back to this exceptional hotel, we found again its main strengths:
Excellent breakfast and dinner, nice and large SPA, great location with the lake view. Very nice suite (217) with a great jacuzzi and private sauna. Rooms perfectly cleaned by the mostly Asian staff, except for some ants, which were not removed despite our comment on the first day.
Unfortunately, most of our suggestions from last year have still not been improved:
No welcome drink upon arrival
No loyalty recognition
No personal welcome sign in the room (only a very small cookie)
No French-speaking TV channel
No visible presence of the Hotel Manager
Dining room lighting still too cold and bright — dimmers and/or candles (real or fake) would create a much warmer atmosphere
Bathroom slippers either too large or too small

Great spot good spa facilities and a great restaurant with fun loving staff! We had great fun and food at dinner!

No value for money

We stayed at the hotel during Christmas and was our worse experience at a pricey 5 star hotel.
The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are nice. Some of the staff was very helpful, others, not really.
The wellness area is nice, however there is no steam sauna and also no cold water baisin (after saunas).
The biggest disappointment was however the restaurant and the food. The soups were lukewarm at best and had with no taste. The main dish (fish) was raw, after complaining about it (and leaving most of it there) the answer was that it is just fine.
We complained about it and despite promises a month later I had to request that they finally deal with the problem.
They proposed free room upgrade as a solution, which is not much use as we will surely never go back to the hotel.
Our experience was basically a bit disappointment, regretting that we so much for a short stay. It is definitely no "value for money".

Sajnálattal vettük tudomásul visszajelzését, és őszintén sajnáljuk, hogy az itt-tartózkodásuk összességében nem felelt meg az elvárásaiknak.
Fontosnak tartjuk ugyanakkor jelezni, hogy a tartózkodásuk során több alkalommal is törekedtünk az észrevételeik kezelésére és az elégedettségük javítására, valamint kiemelt figyelemmel kísértük az Önök tapasztalatait. Az étteremmel kapcsolatos jelzéseiket komolyan vettük, azokat kivizsgáltuk, és belső szakmai egyeztetések keretében feldolgoztuk.
A későbbi levelezés során felvetett, teljes mértékben térítésmentes tartózkodás iránti igényt – a körülmények mérlegelését követően – nem láttuk arányosnak. Ennek ellenére jóhiszemű megoldásként egy esetleges jövőbeni látogatás alkalmára további figyelmességeket és rugalmas feltételeket ajánlottunk fel.
Sajnáljuk, hogy ez a megoldási javaslat nem bizonyult elfogadhatónak, és hogy végül nem sikerült közös nevezőre jutnunk, különösen annak fényében, hogy jelen értékelésében már azt jelezte, nem kíván visszatérni szállodánkba.
Visszajelzését köszönjük, azt szolgáltatásaink fejlesztése érdekében figyelembe vesszük.
