Cashing without performance

Since the ferries were on strike, I could not make the booking. It wasn't my fault. To my multiple letters to the hotel, I NEVER got a response. The hotel has collected and offered no service. Was a good deal for the hotel and unfortunately a great deal of damage for me. I would recommend everyone NOT to make a booking at this hotel.

PESSIMISSIMA experience

Bad experience – highly discouraged!
We booked based on online photos that looked promising, but the reality was completely different. Once we arrived, we found ourselves in front of an old hotel, neglected and absolutely not up to what is shown on the site.
The room was in a pitiful condition: ruined furniture, dirty walls, shabby bathroom and an unpleasant smell that greeted us as we entered. Everything gave the impression of being neglected for years. We couldn’t even stay an all-nighter – we left a few hours later, just to not sleep there.
To make matters worse, the prices were absolutely exaggerated for the level of Service and facility. A real scam.
I highly recommend this place: be careful, the photos are misleading and do not reflect reality in the least.

Indecent, incredibly indecent.

Before embarking for Italy we needed a shower and a bit of relaxation, taking a room quickly. Unbelievable, no... really, you can't understand what this place is if you don't see it! Amazing. Dirty, smelly, old, cramped. Indescribable furniture. But the most amazing thing is the bathroom: the very old shower with a disreputable plastic curtain, the hot water did not come down so I opened the sink water to see if there was, crazy ... begins to leak the sink pipe flooding half the bathroom. Finally comes some hot water from the shower, but like a blob the foam came up from an inspection sump/siphon on the floor. A scene you wouldn't believe. You'd rather sleep in the car, but not here.
