A nice hotel too far

The hotel is located out of the centre of Igoumenitsa and is not easy to find. It Is in a building which houses also private apartments. Rooms are very spacious and well furnished. The management is very friendly and helpful. It has no restaurant but the concierge will help you to order a meal from a nearby taverna which you can eat either in the cafeteria or in your room.

Nice hotel with a nice view!

We stayed one night in this hotel breaking our journey to Corfu. The room we were given was wonderful as it had a balcony looking at the little pool and also of igoumenitsa port. The bed was comfy and our 5 year old also had a nice comfy bed to sleep on too! There was a fridge with a mini bar all at reasonable prices (a small bottle of water costing 0.50 cents not 2 euros as other hotels sell it at). The bathroom had a few issues. The hot water would take forever to come and not with much pressure which made hair washing a pain. The breakfast was adequate serving omelet, a variety of breads, pastes, pastries, tea, coffee, fresh fruit to say the least! The staff were absolutely incredible and ever so helpful and kind!!! We would happily stay here again :)

Best hotel in Igoumenitsa

Very clean hotel, nice view, quiet area, delicious breakfast with fresh squizzed orange juice but above all it has the best staff! They made us feel like home! Always with a smile trying to satisfied all our needs! Constantina she is the best and we were lucky to meet her! You can have breakfast in your room or to their beautiful terrace with stunning views. Looking forward to come back again :)

Fantastic stay!

This is a great hotel! A little out of the way in igoumenista but if you are a traveller with a car it is ideal. It is just ten minutes from the main port and as we were delayed on our travels due to a ferry cancellation it was just the place we needed.
We had stayed for several nights previously in a place with a hard bed and pillows like rocks so when we saw our room on check in, we were delighted. The bed was huge and comfy. Room so spacious and the bathroom was a delight.
The receptionist was so helpful and made us a coffee on arrival and we were rather early for checking in but she had rooms ready for us within twenty minutes.
A great recommendation for lunch in her home village along the coast which was a twenty minute drive. It was raining, torrential so there was little else we could do other than enjoy a long lazy fish lunch and the restraunt was packed. Showed how good it was!! I cannot remember the name of the village so you will have to check in this place and ask her yourself!
We have visited Igoumentista many many times with overnight stays and have tried all the hotels along the port. The Seleykos is by far the best, first class amenities, super clean. Great breakfast with a wonderful panaromic view over the sea.
Exceptional value and the staff are so friendly and courteous.

Great hotel ..!!!!

Seleykos hotel is a very nice hotel.
we went winter time and when we booked we said we wanted a double bed but when we arrived and seen our room there were two single beds together ,when we said to the night porter our request he said that the hotel doesnt have double beds..
That was the only dounside for this hotel.
Overall the room was vey spacious and clean the staff very friendly but breakfast needs a bit updating ,propably we werent so many people at that time..
we will definitely go again next time we decide to stay at Hgoumenitsa.
