Nice hotel

The hotel is ideally located by the sea, in this season too windy to enjoy. Nevertheless, the view is very appreciable.
The welcome is great. Edouard makes every effort to satisfy his customers as well as possible, always with a smile. It's a big asset.
The rooms are decent and compliant with a two-star hotel, as is breakfast. Nothing extraordinary, but that's the job.
The pool is a nice plus.
It takes about 30 minutes (off season) to get to Chania, a small town full of assets.

CATASTROPHE!!!!

We had booked with a sea view. What we received was a room with a side sea view over the heads of the neighboring room and a view of the pool. From the second small balcony, one could see the sea through the construction site a few kilometers away. The staff at the reception did not want to give us the booked room with a sea view, nor did they want to refund our money. Therefore, we were forced to move into the aforementioned room. The entire facility needs a complete renovation; there are construction damages everywhere, including a massive ant infestation in the room and on the building. Construction work is taking place on the neighboring property, which is associated with noise. The room furnishings were also a disgrace, or rather, a collection of junk. The bathroom was the crowning glory, outdated, dirty, and broken bathroom fixtures. The pictures on the website are not current. The internet is also a hassle, very weak and constantly going out. Please book another hotel to avoid vacation troubles!

Terrible hotel

Perfect hotel outside but terrible rooms, dirty with broken furniture disconnected television because otherwise it was not possible to use the fridge, despite the constant complaints in the hotel and all Alpitour we have not found any feedback... sent photos on photos but nothing .... They never passed the broom under the bed ... double bed with two single sheets ... in the morning they pulled up the bed only the sheets above ... the bathroom never cleaned , furniture dirty with fruit juice .. dirty sofa with various hair and under tt broken , balcony with dirty chairs and tables ..

Unacceptable behavior, avoid this 'hotel' at all costs!

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service and empathy from Hotel GT Beach. Despite a cancellation due to an unforeseen emergency involving a young child - to my utter disbelief, they proceeded to charge me the full amount (!!!) and have completely ignored all of my emails. Their blatant disregard for their customers is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere.
Their indifference is shocking and unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Avoid GT Beach Hotel at all costs!

Losing money...

It is not what you see on the internet, the photos do not show the reality of the hotel, very very precarious, basic, poorly lit... And the worst thing is, they do not answer emails, the service is pathetic... I couldn't sleep even one night... I do not recommend it.
