Wonderful time out

We stayed for the 2nd time in this beautiful, quiet hotel. We liked it very much again. Everything very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed and laundry also very nice. Since there is no longer any breakfast, each room has an electric kettle and refrigerator. You can make yourself a coffee or tea. There were some bags ready. Much. Could a toaster be added? But you can also have nice breakfast in the surrounding restaurants and bakeries. And since it is an older house was unfortunately no elevator available and we were on the 2nd floor. We would definitely come back.

Bust, too expensive and unkempt, low-action

The journey went smoothly, even the parking lot was easily accessible and in order. Unfortunately, this was the only positive thing about our stay at Seeburg.
The holiday accommodation itself was disappointing: It was an old, very unkempt shed that was neither clean nor welcoming. Spider webs hung over the bed, and spiders could be found throughout the room. Particularly unpleasant was the strong, musty smell, which intensified significantly after a rain shower.
The sanitary facilities were in questionable condition. Showering was effectively not possible as there was only warm water for about 2.5 minutes. Despite being notified to the property, there was no response. The toilet lid was unhygienic – the surface damaged, so the wood was already visible.
Also the beds were not clean. There was hair in the pillows, and there was hair in the bedding. Long hair in the supposedly fresh towels was particularly unpleasant.
The location of the accommodation is really nice – quiet and close to nature. Unfortunately, this advantage seems to be relied on there exclusively, as cleanliness, maintenance and guest comfort were apparently not considered.
Conclusion: The location is top, but the condition of the accommodation leaves much to be desired. Absolutely unacceptable for the asking price. No recommendation.

Wonderfull!!

A very beatiful hotel , clean, spacious , equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay ( fridge, water heater, mugs, hairdryer, plenty of soap and shampoo) . A very complete and delicious breakfast buffet with various choices of everything ! Staff very friendly and helpful !

Staff, breakfast and hotel location are great, the rest less so

I booked the hotel for 2 nights in October as single traveller. I have got one of the hotel's two single rooms (Insulinde), although with double-bed.
What I really liked: very motivated and friendly stuff, great location, super breakfast.
What I didn't like; the bathroom was very small, I almost had to climb over the toilette when I went to the shower; it was rather moldy around the shower tray; the ventillation in the bath was as loud as a hoover; a hair-dryer would perhaps have been a must in this hotel category; the lights in room were absolutely unsufficient for reading.

Very friendly hotel

We had our wedding in St.Peter-Ording and we needed a hotel for our family and friends to stay over the long weekend. Great location, very friendly staff and individual rooms made the stay of our wedding party very enjoyable. We also had our "cocktail hour" in the hotel, food was excellent and drinks refreshing. The only negative thing is that there is no A/C in the rooms, and our stay at the beginning of June was the hottest weekend for long periods. On the other hand, they have the same problem in so many other hotels in St.Peter.
Definitely will recommend for our friends and family again, and we will visit ourselves as well. ..
