From the moment you check in, the warm welcome from trained staff who provide solutions to make your guest happy, and the soothing details in every corner of the hotel, make you feel like you have a place to stay when you come to this region, without looking anywhere else.

disappointing, not good food, overpriced

we had a voucher for a "Deluxe" dinner. Despite booking very early, we were first placed at a small, out-of-the-way table in the middle of the restaurant; only after persistent requests were we allowed to sit outside in the courtyard. The servers were grumpy. But the worst part was the menu, which was the same as the standard half-board menu and was overpriced. The main course consisted of completely overcooked and tough pork tenderloin, which we sent back; everything was presented without any care.
Overall, a huge disappointment for what we had expected to be a special evening. We didn't notice anything deluxe at all, unfortunately! Not recommended!

A real country hotel

For decades, one of the best hotels on Lake Constance. The service is excellent, and an all-around feel-good package is provided.

Great hotel!

Very spacious room, clean sleeping area separate from living space, super beds and pillows, 2 spacious balconies overlooking Swiss Alps.
Breakfast good staff very friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool.

Large and impersonal hotel with generally good standard.

Big hotel and rather impersonal.
Parking cannot be reserved which is nevertheless disadvantage.
Good and correct meals but could be a bit finer.
Notwithstanding our room that did not give out on the street quite a lot of street noise from passing cars. Room good and also clean.
