Very good time
Very good and beautiful WE in a room provided for us 4 of beautiful size.
It was clean.
The breakfast was just amazing;)
The staff very kind and ready to help.
The spa part is very nice (small for the pool compared to the size of the hotel, but fine regardless)

Absolutely to run away from...Doesn’t match the pictures, Manager insults customers, tries to intimidate to change the mind
We paid €418 for a night at this hotel, a rate that was absolutely disproportionate to the service. The room was very small, with the bed under the attic, damaged walls and curtains barely holding. The bathroom was old, cramped, with a broken shower button and flaking paint. The shower gel provided was unusable, I had to wash my hair with soap.
Breakfast advertised as “homemade” was absolutely not: compotes and fruit salad seeming industrial, pastries without any freshness or appeal. For a three-star establishment, the overall quality clearly does not correspond to the expected standard.
But the most shocking thing is the after-stay. After posting an honest review, I received several phone calls from the manager: first asking me to withdraw my comment, then during a second call in which I was insulted and called a “fat sow”. This behaviour is totally unacceptable and unworthy of a hospitality professional.
The only positive point of our stay is the view from the room. Otherwise, considering the price, the condition of the room and the behavior of the manager, I would definitely not recommend this property.

Nice getaway
We stayed one night at this hotel and were very well welcomed by the manager.
We arrived as early as 9 a.m. and were able to access our room directly.
The cleanliness was impeccable.
We also enjoyed the pool, which was very pleasant and quiet. The provision of towels is really appreciated.
The hotel could use a good refresh, however, as the whole place is aging.
Breakfast is very hearty and offers good local products.
We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant in the evening, the low point of our stay.
We waited more than 30 minutes before being served. The products were good, but the portions were really too small for the price.
We had ordered a burger and a boîte chaude. The burger was very small. The boîte chaude was accompanied by a decent amount of charcuterie, but only three small pieces of potato.
For over €80 for two, we found the bill too high compared to the portions served. It’s a real shame, because the rest of our stay had been very pleasant.

Amazing stay in Hotel le Calgary in les Saisies
We have just returned from an amazing ski holiday in les Saisies at the hotel le Calgary.
We had the warmest of welcomes from Laurent the manager.
Nothing was too much trouble to ensure all guests were really well looked after in le Calgary.
I thanked him for his friendliness and care towards us and he said "my hotel is a big house" which summed it up!!
All staff are helpful and friendly and we loved the real French Savoyard atmosphere in the hotel.
The food is really good.A great breakfast each morning with a huge choice of options.
We loved the special Savoyard evening with fondue, tartiflette etc.All really good.
There was a nice atmosphere in the lounge bar area in the early evening with live music to enjoy an aperitif before the evening meal.The cocktail of the day was most enjoyable.
We had a standard double room and it was so full of character with sloping ceilings etc and a balcony overlooking the piste and mountain twister ride.
Bed was really comfortable and great shower.
Hotel is next to the piste and in the centre of town so a perfect location.
Spa facilities were spotlessly clean.We loved the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.
We used the facilities every night as really good for the muscles after skiing all day.
We were so lucky to have perfect snow and weather for our stay.
Les Saisies is such a lovely friendly ski area and not as busy as some of the larger, well known resorts.
We loved everything about our stay and hope to return next year!

Always so nice
We've been coming to Calgary in winter for 10 years. The location is really perfect. Less than 50 steps between the place where you take the skis off and the garage door!
The Spa area is very nice after a day of skiing (we tried massages: really good!)
Finally all the staff is extremely friendly and friendly. From always smiling maids to friendly waiters in the restaurant room. Special mention to the lady who looks after the breakfast buffet and who welcomed us every morning with great kindness. Laurent, the director of the establishment, is very welcoming and spares no effort to spend a perfect week.
