Our only disappointment was the pool.

Great Hotel with Clean Rooms and Excellent Service
We had a very nice stay at the Hyatt in Windsor, Canada. The rooms were very clean, and the entire hotel was well-maintained. We also noticed the housekeeping staff working very hard to keep everything clean, which was really appreciated.
The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, and the bar staff were also welcoming and attentive. We really appreciated having several choices available for the complimentary breakfast, and the free parking was a very convenient bonus.
The gym was also very clean and well-maintained.
Our only disappointment was the pool. The chlorine smell was extremely strong and irritating to our eyes, and it was difficult to breathe comfortably while we were there. The water also felt a little too cold. Unfortunately, we couldn't really enjoy the pool because of the strong chlorine smell and irritation.
Other than the pool, everything about our stay was excellent. If the pool experience were improved, this would easily be a five-star stay.

Hotels fine room was clean and comfortable. Only concern is that the pool area needs to be cleaned on a regular basis. There was so much hair in the pool, hair and dirty shoe prints on the pool deck pool deck area had food crumbs paper from where someone had eaten, I was in that area for about an hour and a half and never saw staff maintenance person come in to tidy the area or to get the dirty wet towels off of Poole furniture

The morning front receptionist was very helpful and a always bringing a bright smile that you will never forget.

We came upon as part of a normal search on Hotels.com but found a WINNER we will come back to again.
The hotel was very clean , the rooms spacious and well appointed and the amenities were everything you could want.
It was the Staff however that will bring us back to this hotel!
The young lady who checked us in (a VERY recent hire) was not only efficient and courteous but got everything completed although she has to handle several tasks at once - an extremely good hire Hyatt Place! In addition, every single staff member we met in our short stay was over the top nice. The staff made this one of our top stays in the many, many trips we have taken this year.
Thank you all and we shall visit again

Best included breakfast of any hotel I’ve visited. Local sourdough bread is delicious. Friendly staff. Local beers on tap at the bar.
