Creative and cooked with love!

Extremely cozy inn. Very friendly and authentic staff. We had the lamb curry and Simba's burger, and loved it!

Breakfast very good - rooms very small - value for money does not fit!

The Thomataler Wirt is an older inn which is well run by Barbara and Sim. We were now in room 7 for the second time. This is suitable for a short stay, but otherwise vile too small. Around the double bed is about half a meter free. Storage is only available on the windowsill and on the small chairs, which make the whole thing even tighter. Also shower and toilet are very cramped, and, like the room, already got old.
The breakfast is very good and sufficient, the breakfast service was very friendly. Absolutely unhospitable is the early end of breakfast time at 9:30 h and the check-out time at 10:00 h!! 10:00 and 11:00 h are usually standard.
We travel a lot in Europe, always with stays between 1-3 days. The price of this small room is simply too high by both national and international standards.

Pleasant stay in the beautiful Thoma Valley

Barbara and Sim run the inn in the remote Thoma Valley with great dedication. We stayed 3 nights there and had a pleasant stay. Our room was a bit cramped, but we wanted one that was at the back of the inn if possible. But we also saw that there are larger rooms. Breakfast was good quality and more than adequate. We also had dinner once and were very satisfied with the quality. Even if we came back later in the evening, Sim still had a bagger for us. There is also a cupboard in the hallway in front of the rooms for drinks.
The early check-out (10:00 h) alone is a small drop of value. But one showed up generously with a small overdraft!
We will gladly spend a few days at the Thomataler Wirt again!

Good restaurant

Had dinner here. Nice service, great food.
In the garden you sit wonderfully with a nice view.
Absolutely worth it.
