A warm welcome

Such a warm welcome, welcome I had nowhere to date, such a courteous young employee at the reception, I asked for the toilet and this employee accompanied me up to the toilet facilities, telling me all about this beautifully maintained hotel. We will definitely come by one day, greetings Uli

Customer friendliness

We had a very nice stay . The hotel is very clean , the staff very competent and helpful. On Saturday the restaurant and bar are unfortunately closed. But what really upset us was an email 2 days after departure where we were accused of theft. According to the maid, there were three hangers missing that we should pay for. In our really long travel time, nothing like this has ever happened to us.
Too bad for the birthday weekend.

Just great, always happy

Dear team of management,
After two years, I finally had the opportunity to stay in your beautiful house in Styria again. I'm already on the 5th. Let's see you. During my three-day business stay in November, I want to tell you that the hotel renovation is an absolute hit! The rooms are incredibly elegant and you have really succeeded in combining the old with the modern.
The warm hospitality of the receptionists was, as always, simply magical – it feels like I am coming home to friends. Also the food and service in the restaurant were first class! As a lover of game dishes in autumn, I was very pleased about your action during the game weeks. Also may I congratulate the loving decoration of the hotel (Christmas), which exudes a very special charm. The cleaning staff was always friendly and helpful and always greeted me with a warm smile. Just wonderful!
I thank you for a fantastic stay full of positive moments and look forward to being back with you soon.

Wow...just Wow!

I was blown away! I was here 1 year before and boy oh boy what a difference! It is night and day. So, the entire hotel interior was changed , "head to toe". Not only the rooms, but the coridors, downstairs bathrooms, everything is new. And state of the art i might add. All rooms are filled with new & modern furniture, new floors, new appliances ( top quality ones, i might add). Bathroom is completely renovated, They probably took down everything up to the brick in the walls and started fresh. I love the overall look! The mattress is so comfortable and the entire room is so cosy and warm. I love it and i will never go to any other hotel in this area as this is a world apart from everything else around here !
The restautant is great, i just had a wonderful local type of salad here and it was divine and breakfast has all options you can imagine
P. S. I have no talent in taking pictures but i tried to take some of the room to share with a friend.
My god what a successful makeover!
