Brand new hotel, great rooms. Very good staff. Location is ok, but not central for anything touristy or restaurants etc.
The two restaurants aren't open yet and won't be until next year. The breakfast buffet was ok.
The room service menu was decent and ran all night, however the recipes and ingredients seemed to change depending on which chef was on.
The rooftop pool looked a bit dirty and needs a clean on the surrounding walls. Also the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly during our stay.
All in all the hotel has great potential, just need to make a few tweaks.

Relaxing Stay with Exceptional Staff, Though Some Facilities Still Limited
A very relaxing stay with friendly staff overall, especially in the executive lounge. One of the executive lounge staff speaks Korean, which was a pleasant surprise. The room arrangement was very satisfying. Although the hotel was crowded due to the national holiday, Camie helped us check in quickly at the executive lounge as Platinum members. However, the lift system was a bit inefficient and confusing. Also, some restaurants were not yet operating. When I visit this hotel again with my parents and grand parents, I look forward to seeing more dining options open and fully enjoying the food.

Nice new hotel
Nice new hotel in Ninh Binh, not very close to the old town but grab taxis are easily available. The hotel is new and the staff at the front desk are very kind. Candy made me try Vietnamese coffee for the first time and I loved it. Jerry helped us check in and was nice chatting with him. The staff in the lounge and the bar were amazing, also the staff at the lobby lounge were thoughtful and provided great service. The indoor pool was really nice! The pastry chef made the best desserts ever! Also it was lovely meeting chef Mukesh who showed us lovely hospitality and make our stay even more comfortable.

Warm Service and a shining star in the area
It’s to my surprise of such an amazing newly built hotel in Ninh Binh, the interior and cleanliness are nothing to complain about. Just one small issue is that my room sensor is not functioning well and kept sensing me left the room when actually I’m still inside, so aircon will become eco mode and light will turned off all of a sudden, but after I explain the issue to guest service, they promptly and take it seriously to help out and solve my issue. Which I really appreciated their engineer team and front office. Besides that, I’ve try out their bar and room service too, it is good value and excellent quality.

Great stay, excellent customer service
I had a very good stay in a very nice and new hotel.
A special mention to Camie and Anh who were extremely helpful throughout my stay, especially supporting my late checkout and waiting for my noght bus in the lounge with a really nice touch of preparing a small box of cookies for my incoming night trip.
Excellent service and very much appreciated.
I would definitely stay here again.
