Avoid Prime Villa Tashkent.

We arrived at 7am at Prime Villa hotel in Tashkent at 7am. We were told to come back at 2pm (the original check in time) which was understandable. When we arrived back at 2pm and asked for the room, we were told there was a problem and there was not a room available at the property. We booked with booking.com. They did however offered to bring us to a different location 500 metres away, which we accepted. When we arrived at the new guesthouse, the host from Prime Villa told us he had to cancel the booking on booking.com and we just had to pay him cash for the new accomodation. Paying cash was not a problem for us and the new accomodation was very acceptable but the conversation with the house was unpleasant and felt a bit seedy. We did agree to cancelling but after a bit of further research this seems to be a regular way of working for Prime Villa. By cancelling the booking they avoid the chance of receiving negative reviews, which is not good practice. We stayed at the new guesthouse a bit longer but stopped all communication with the Prime Villa hist and just dekt with the lively just at the new property.

Simply the worst

Simply the most terrible hotel!!! There's a rude person at the reception!! When they said we’ll call the police, their answer was “you won’t do anything to us”!!
We wanted to leave our suitcase, because this bastard at the reception said “be careful, don’t leave valuables, they might get lost.”
This hotel needs to be closed

Ужасное

Очень ужасное место! На фото красиво, а на самом деле все старое, в дверях дырка, кровати кривые, скрипучие, кухня грязная, очень странно позвонили отменить бронь в бугинге потом якобы забронировали нам полулюкс , место не приятное

Ненадежный отель

Не заселили по предварительной брони. Администратор якобы в отпуске. Вместо него какой то дед, который хамит, отказался решать нашу проблему. Никакой клиентоориентированности. По телефону не удалось связаться с менеджером, стали просто игнорировать, номер был забронирован 1,5 месяца заранее. Не ходите сюда
