Fake Continental
Hotel in the centre of Samarkand near the statue of Tamerlan. But in general it is not very important because the main attractions are still only by taxi because it is far away.
The hotel is made in the style of "Gypsy Baroque" everything is brilliant, marble and with stucco. But with the obligatory cheap lights flashing white. It's classic, we make a suite by virtue of our idea of it.
The staff under become interior - opens the doors, tries to help, but turns "brother".
Rooms are clean. All clearly new, as evidenced by the manufacturer's toilet stickers and chandeliers hanging in cellophane packages. Why film it? They might get dirty.
The plumbing is not in very good condition. It just wasn't installed well. So it's leaking from under the shower cubicle.
Breakfast is generally normal, there is a variety of dishes, but the staff cannot cope with the influx of people and the meals run out at the busiest hours. Orders forget, etc.
The WiFi is good. Works throughout the hotel.
I ended up. The hotel is fine, but it can be made good if the management learns something, like living in the intercontinental area they're trying to forge.

We would not recommend it again.
The hotel is well located and offers a swimming pool. The air conditioning only works in the room - it is very hot everywhere else. The breakfast room in the basement has no charm. Although there are so many delicious fruits in this season, they are almost completely missing. The bread is absolutely fantastic in Uzbekistan, but in this hotel, hard bread is served. What a pity!

Great Hotel
I traveled with my wife and kids, and we had a very good time in this hotel! There was one bellboy very kind and friendly, unfortunately I can't remember his name. The recepcionists were friendly too. The hotel is in very good conditions, it's very beautiful, the room is large and comfortable. Excellent bed and pillows. The location is very good, not far from the main historical places, and situated in a nice boulevard, good for a walk. I saw some people here complaining about the wi-fi, but in our room we didn't have any issue with that. I strongly recommend this hotel for your days in Samarkand.

A fantastic team of staff
The bathroom sink wasn't very big, but the bathtub was spacious. The towels were soft and lovely.
The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and it was a very comfortable hotel.
During my stay at this hotel, I suddenly fell ill and they called an ambulance for me.
I didn't know it at the time, but apparently the hotel staff waited in the room with my husband until the paramedics arrived.
When I returned to the hotel from the hospital, the bell staff also looked out for me.
Thanks to the incredibly kind staff, my stay in Samarkand, despite my sudden illness, turned out to be wonderful. I am truly grateful.

Very beautiful room
Recommended hotel.
Large and quiet double room with a small balcony positioned above the entrance of the building.
Good cleanliness and soft, fragrant towels and bathrobes.
Breakfast not particularly memorable with very few sweets.
Nice stay in the wonderful Samarkand.
