Filatov memorial lectures 2024
In this wonderful hotel, in its two conference halls, we held our conference "Filatov memorial lectures 2024" the conference lasts three days. The hotel staff provided everything at a fairly high level. The quality of the hotel is high, the service is courteous. I especially liked the high-quality work of the second floor administrator Nastya.

Horrible hotel
I want to leave our impression of the hotel premiere hotel Odessa! We stopped at the hotel in the evening, as we were tired went to bed and did not pay attention to cleanliness! When they woke up to find a pack of smelly used cigarettes in bed, it shows that before the arrival of the guests the bed just didn't change to just (because it was impossible to overlook them)Next they ordered cheesemakers and immediately we were waiting for a surprise-huge black hair... But that's not all, I decided to iron the suit, so the whole suit in strips from the ironing board and it can just be thrown away! With all this, we went to the reception and asked to call the director, to which we were told that the detector was on vacation... In the end: the housekeeping supervisor came, said that the room had been cleaned before arrival and that there were no cigarettes... Daria's administrator, who she told us was the acting director (if he was absent ) refused to provide her details (surname and first name) for the complaint, not only said that my husband threw himself at her and started playing in public crying and saying that she was scared... and didn't even apologize for the situation, but on the other hand accused us of smoking in the room and doing everything to make us feel guilty! You can still write for a long time about what is happening in the hotel (no workers in the spa, the floor there is slippery can fall and no one can even help you, the pool is cold swimming in the no just not possible, the salon is closed, no staff.... The restaurant menu half the declared dishes are simply missing, ordered pasta 4 syrah it was probably the day before yesterday glued together like glue! Dear tourists advise to pay attention to the review and think three hundred times to go to this hotel or not (in any case you will be wrong and the hotel will do everything to make you feel guilty!The most they can do is provide a compliment in the form of an untasty napoleon! It's just as strong if you spit on the plate with the dish, and then sorry, take the salad as a compliment...... There are no toothbrushes or earsticks in the room(referring to the disposable sets that all 5 star hotels have! The worst hotel and staff I've ever met in my life. It's not worth the claimed 5-star maximum of 4 and then with a stretch.

Hospitality Beyond Measure
The staff are amazing. Kind, funny, brave and going above and beyond to care for their guest despite the horror/pain they were facing themselves. They took excellent care of myself and my team. And when I left, I felt I was leaving a home and family. Please stay with them, you won’t regret it. I look forward to returning during more peaceful times. Part of my heart is still there!

Only one and enough bad thing: Air Conditioned not refresh/cool only warm
This is the second (and last) time that I come to Premiere Hotel and I had been forgotten how bad is stay in the room because it's very warm (is hot, I am I'm sweating again) The hotel is beautiful, the staff is amazing, the restaurant great BUT it's only take to go to the room and a kind of big microwave start on.
It is very, very unpleasant, and the lady at the reception who is very decent and very nice tells me that the person in charge of the air conditioning only tells her that I "must open the window", the window that only opens a few centimeters. Due to this failure, it does not cause me to return more, in fact I am going to limit my current stay and I will look for another site. They should ask before going if the air conditioning is cooling.
It is very, very unpleasant, and the lady at the reception who is very decent and very nice tells me that the person in charge of the air conditioning only tells her that I "must open the window", the window that only opens a few centimeters. Due to this failure, it does not cause me to return more, in fact I am going to limit my current stay and I will look for another site. Excellent renovation, clean and good value
An excellent recently renovated hotel. Very well located in Arcadia area. Very clean and comfortable, adequately sized rooms.
Newly opened Spa, which unfortunately we were unable to try due to lack of time, but sounded good and other guests confirmed was good.
Payment in advance with separate payment for each room service delivery. A souvenir of old Soviet systems and an inconvenience. Need to change.
Breakfast hot food selection could have been hotter but overall a reasonable selection. No pastries, croissants, natural yoghurt on day one. Automatic toaster needed. More attention needed.
Very helpful and pleasant staff. English speaking.
