Sublime hotel, fabulous experience.

The Bristol is not only a beautiful 5 star hotel, the Bristol Hotel Odesa is history, art, class, hospitality. I spent 11 nights including Christmas and New Year and had a very nice experience. The hotel is in the heart of Odesa very close to the opera house, opposite the Philharmonic in short, unique location. Despite the city's energy difficulties it is absolutely autonomous and not affected by the general problems of a proud country under attack (24-hour current, hot water always, very fast wi-fi starlink!!). Amazing cleaning and treatment of the customer: room cleaning twice a day, change of sheets and bathrobe every 2 days, continuous attention to the customer and precise and timely answers to every request. I really appreciated the free "late check out" (not due) but the management rightly had an eye towards a loyal customer. Interiors and exteriors embellished for Christmas in a splendid way: anyone in this period came to admire the hotel and take / take pictures with the lights because they were irresistible. Very kind and competent staff, they all speak English, high level breakfast inside the great Bristol cafe also steeped in history and art. The hotel is also available for photo shoots, birthdays and special celebrations so the atmosphere every day was festive and beautiful. I left the hotel with deep sadness but I already know I will be back soon. Personally I think that for those who visit Odesa for whatever reason staying at Bristol will make their stay special and unforgettable, it is that special touch that you have to live and carry in your heart, in your mind.

An amazing hotel with a fantastic view of the city!

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Odessa, and I was truly impressed! The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The view from the window is simply breathtaking — the city unfolds in all its beauty!
I must also highlight the staff — professional, polite, always ready to help. The atmosphere is very welcoming. A nice bonus is the availability of convenient parking spaces, which makes the stay much easier.
If you’re looking for a comfortable place for relaxation or work in Odessa, this hotel is an excellent choice! I will definitely return!

Impeccable stay

The hotel is impeccable despite the situation. Rooms are comfortable, very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety. The hotel is centrally located close to many good restaurants. The Spa is very nice on the roof top.

Great Hotel, too short of stay!

I was hoping for a hotel with the old world charm and certainly was not disappointed. Beautiful hotel that from the time past and had excellent service and food. We appreciated Anastasia who checked us in and we had a great stay at the Bristol. Only problem was it was only for one night. Odesa is a beautiful city and we look forward to returning and staying several days. Really enjoyed the experience and the wonderful hospitality. Thank you very much.

Maids on rollback

They settled in the attic... The windows in the room do not open... At 4 in the morning they started telling me that you need to pay extra for another room... After that, it is not clear at what point the maid issues an invoice for smoking in the room... The bull was found in an urn... The bull was thrown out of his pocket into the trash bin and not drowned in the toilet to hide the evidence in total, €150 was collected for the garbage thrown out of the pocket
Breakfast is limited... all juices and coffee are for an additional fee.... For €100 per night... there are more interesting options

Ви бронювали номер категорії мансард, який розташований на четвертому поверсі з мансардними вікнами, потім за Вашим запитом було надано номер категорії стандарт та зазначено, що переселення у номер категорією вище відбувається з доплатою. Після переселення покоївками був встановлений факт паління у попередньому номері через наявність недопалків та стійкого запаху цигарок і зроблена фото-фіксація. Паління у номерах заборонено законодавством України, також при заселенні в готель Ви підписали реєстраційну картку, в якій зазначено про заборону паління та відшкодування збитків, тому що після цього ми маємо вивести номер з продажу мінімум на дві доби для проведення повної хімчистки усього текстилю номера. Стосовно сніданків, є соки в асортименті та кава з кавомашини, які включені до вартості сніданків. За додаткову оплату можна замовити фреші та додаткову каву. Нам шкода, що у Вас залишились негативні враження від перебування в готелі, сподіваємось що Ви приїдете ще і ми зможемо задовольнити Ваші очікування.
