Excellent

It isn't our first time in this hotel, the service and the attention is personal and lovely to each customer. Moreover, the hotel is accessible to customers with disabilities.
When we returned from a trip in the city and outside of it back to the hotel , we had everything in the room that made us feel like home and we could relax and rest better , the breakfast was very rich.
Another advantage of the hotel is that there is a supermarket just a few meters from the hotel, there are really excellent cafes and restaurants nearby and is close to every tourist's spot in the city.

Excellent value

Excellent stay in this establishment:
- very friendly staff and always there to help you (thank you very much)
- very good location
- spacious, comfortable and quiet room (my room overlooked the back)
- wifi works very well
- late arrival possible (my bus arrived at 11:00 p.m. from Moldova)
- there is a shelter in the event of an attack alert
I would happily go back

Perfect place to stay in Odesa

This is a lovely hotel, excellent location, and it was worth paying €6 extra per night for a balcony room, overlooking the book market. Breakfast was superb. Very nice staff team in the hotel. Loved the chocolates in reception. Would happily stay here again.

Exceeds all expectations

An incredibly beautiful place where you want to return again and again!
Very friendly staff, great excursions from the hotel and breakfast in the hotel cafe where works of art hang. It's just paradise, I highly recommend it! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Excellent

Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. The room was wonderful and clean. Great location, If I come to Odessa another time, I like to stay here again.
