The staff were among the best and most respectful I have ever encountered in my travels. Gökhan, Emir, and Ali were especially helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was also excellent!

My mom spent one night in this hotel, she doesn’t know local language as well English, The reception was so much helpful to her, my mom was late for checking I was worried about her, reception got my phone number and as soon as she arrived to hotel he contacted me , in the morning they requested taxi for her, it was big help and appreciated them they give me peace of mind, room were clean and breakfast was wonderful, I will get her room here again when she is returning

The place is way smaller than what it looks. The 5th floor does not have an elevator, and people have to take steps from the 4th to the 5th floor. I don't recommend this hotel at all to anyone. The price for what they offer is way too expensive.

Warm Hospitality and Fantastic Support

My family stayed at Vantalya Hotel in Van for four days and we had a really great experience overall. The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, and everything went smoothly during our stay.
A big thank you to Gokhan at the reception — he truly made a difference. He went above and beyond to help us with everything, from a smooth and easy check‑in to organizing transport and making sure we were fully settled. He was always friendly, professional, and happy to help, which made our stay completely stress‑free.
We really appreciated his kindness and support and would happily recommend Vantalya Hotel to anyone visiting Van.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Amazing variety at breakfast! A lot of refurb going on just now so quite dusty and my bathroom smelt damp and weird.
