Excellent except for the parking.

As a family of four, we stayed at the Van Karaca Hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. We made the reservation at a discounted price through Trivago. The staff are really friendly, the rooms are spotless, and if you want daily cleaning, you just need to say so. You can also put a note on the door saying you want your room cleaned, but it's more reliable to tell the reception. The reception staff were very friendly; we were very pleased with everyone. Breakfast is free and unlimited on the top floor. You can order things that aren't on the menu (for a fee), and nobody would notice if the world ended in the next room (it's that quiet). Its location in the center of Van is another advantage. You can get wherever you want. The only disadvantage is the lack of parking. There's a car wash and parking lot right next to the hotel, but it's insufficient and sometimes there aren't enough spaces. The parking attendants aren't indifferent; they're always trying to be helpful, thankfully, but as I said, the only thing that bothers me is the parking situation. Everything else is perfect.

Our 'Bride To Be' event

We were extremely pleased with the attention, care, and professional service we received. The staff's friendly approach, prompt service, and focus on guest satisfaction were commendable. The food was excellent in terms of both taste and variety. We would like to thank the entire team for making us feel at home. We had a hotel experience that we can wholeheartedly recommend and would love to choose again.

We chose this for our bridal party and were very pleased. The atmosphere, the view, the presentations, and the team's attentiveness made for a wonderful evening. We definitely recommend it.

Celebration dinner

Everything was wonderful. We went for our friend's bride, and the attention and care were amazing. If you're thinking about organizing an event, I definitely recommend checking them out. It was meticulous, clean, and beautiful.

We used his restaurant for our bachelorette party.

We went for a bridal party and had a wonderful celebration with delicious food on its terrace with a perfect view. All the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful in welcoming us. We would also like to thank the hotel's general manager, Mr. Recep, for his help and service.
