Wonderful

We had wonderful days. The atmosphere of the place and the attentiveness of the staff were really great, I especially want to thank Mr. Salih who took care of us, he was very helpful.

The worst

Terrible hotel. If you want one word to describe it, the first one that comes to mind is: dirty! The hygiene was the worst, flies in the food area, cats and a big dog full of flies that shook them everywhere. The food was not the worst, but very poor menu, chicken, chicken and then again more chicken, maybe leftovers. The beach was bad, the beach bar closed and we had to go and pay to another one, despite having all inclusive at Salinas. We were sent there after our original hotel had something. We saw many new faces coming no more after a day, which means they left, which we tried but couldn't. I could write a lot, but I'll say don't pay attention to the positive reviews. If you have dignity and self respect, do not go there.

The hotel has a nice location, but their own beach is very far away and rocky. The sea is nearby, but it's not theirs; you just go straight in. The food is delicious, but there's very little variety. They give out wafers every day at 5 PM, there are no alternatives. The rooms are not bad, the wifi doesn't work, and the selection of soft drinks is limited (cola, Fanta, and Sprite). They have coffee options, but the Turkish coffee is expensive. We wouldn't choose this place again. (I gave 5 stars so my review would be visible.)

Poor quailty,dirty rooms and kitchen area

Terrible stay. The room was dirty, the service was rude, and nothing worked properly. It felt like the hotel had given up on maintaining even the basics. Definitely not worth the money. The all inclusive food was shocking, turkish food is one of my favorites and i was so disappointed. The oweners really need to look at either completely revamping it or selling up ao someone else could take it over, avoid if you want to enjoy your holiday, lets Turkey down completely

Salinas

I think it's a fantastic hotel; I truly feel like I'm in a family environment. The food is delicious, and they've maintained its quality for years. The beach is beautiful, calm, and right in the bay; you feel like you're entering the sea from the bay itself. The staff are incredibly polite and courteous; they never hesitate to ask if we need anything and frequently inquire about our needs. Even though it's all-inclusive, they bring everything to the table and offer complimentary items. The service, especially from Berat and Gülben, was so wonderful; their warm welcome at the hotel entrance made us feel like we were going to have a happy holiday. They are amazing people, so loving and cheerful, and it's a pleasure to come back every year to see them and chat with them. I'd also like to thank Rojhat in the restaurant for his attentiveness. I come from Ankara and visit at least three times a year, bringing my friends along. I hope Salinas Hotel stays with us for many years to come because I truly enjoy my holidays there.
