Good accommodation in the middle of Udon Thani Close to entertainment and shopping. Nice spacy rooms, but cleaning could be improved. Breakfast time could be extended to 11.00AM as it is chaos when everyone wants to eat at the same time, but surely some manager should be aware of this? Overall a nice mid-range-plus hotel.

Can't believe this hotel got a "luxury" mark from hotels.com. must be at least 15 years since it had this type of quality. Was nothing wrong with the hotel in general, but it was not up to the expected standard. Specially the bathroom was weak. Also i arrived for an early check-in which they had availability for, they charged me 125% of standard fare for the oppterunity to do so

Although the outside and lobby area looks beautiful and well kept. On your way to your room, you notice that the corridors are not air conditioned. When you enter your room, you must place your hotel key into the card reader on the wall to turn on the air conditioning in your room. If you just arrived later in the evening after a long hot day, the last you want is to wait for your room to cool down. Otherwise the breakfast was wonderful. The added fresh Thai tea cart was wonderful. The staff are wonderful as well. The added bonus for the Central Udon is that the Centra is attached and beckons the call of the tourist to spend their money.

We booked four rooms for a family visit after 13 years. Unfortunately, our room had a strong urine smell and there were stains in the toilet. We reached out to the front desk, and someone came to clean, which improved things a bit, but the smell still lingered.
On the first night, housekeeping accidentally removed a family member's belongings and told him he was checking out early. Since we were out and didn’t have a local phone number, he ended up leaving the hotel and going back home. It was really embarrassing.
My wife contacted the front desk, and they said a staff member would look into it and call us back, but we never received that call. I later called back, got transferred to the manager, and found out that the confusion was due to the room next door checking out early. I also sent them a message through Expedia but didn’t get a reply. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

1 night in Udon Thani

Great location next to the mall. The staff are lovely and provide good service.
I forgot to get the welcome drink when checking in, but I was able to get it when checking out.
