Vacationed with my daughter together

An excellent small hotel located on the second line; the rooms were not large; we took them on the fourth floor, right on the river; there was no smell; in general, for this price, an excellent hotel, but keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage, there is no Shefner in the room. We really liked the hotel, here you can book excursions and transfer to other islands by ferry. The staff is great. We have been to many hotels in Samui, this one is one of the best in terms of quality of welcome and good nature.

Really nice place

We really liked it here. For the price we were paying it was a really good deal.
It’s close to the beach. We just walked through one of the resorts to get there. The beach is long and has plenty of shade or sun whichever you prefer. It’s also about a 10 minute walk from Central Samui, and there are loads of restaurants around
The bedrooms are small but really good. It has a powerful fridge that froze my water!!! The bed is really comfortable and air con works really well. The bathroom door was a chore to open and close. It felt like we were going to take it off its rails. There are also no reading lights next to the bed, just overhead lights. The bedrooms and bathroom feels very clean.
If you get your room refreshed they replenish the water bottles which was really kind of them. As backpackers, anything like this is like a gold mine x
The pool is so nice. It’s cool and overlooks the mountains and some buildings. It’s quite shallow I could kneel and still have my shoulders above the water.
The staff are so kind and lovely. They’re smiley and welcoming whenever you come back from somewhere.

Worst stay ever

The rooms are super small. If you have big backpacks or luggages, they won't fit in the room. We had the worst room ever (204), the room stinks, mould in the bathroom and around the bedroom area. We had to buy an air spray to try to get rid of the smell but we couldn't. We asked to change rooms and even after telling them all the issues, we had to pay additional 80 baht per night to have the balcony room. The balcony rooms are exact the same size as standard, they only have a balcony. Don't expect a larger room. If you're thinking to book this place, go elsewhere!

Not as described

I checked in here for 2 weeks stay but upon arriving all wasn’t as it seems first off saying can’t pay by card yet had working card machines then managed to solve that but then went to the room and it’s tiny compared to description can’t sit on the bed and open the fridge and the ac doesn’t work properly the lift is out of order so if you want to use the pool it’s 5 gruelling flights of stairs no happy hour or anything as described ended up checking out after 5 minutes of checking in having to wait to get money back as they are saying they don’t have the cash yet I had just paid them won’t be staying here again

So-so hostel

Room has small refrigerator ,but room is so narrow,not enough space to walk around at all.
Elevator can't be used at all as it's out of order ,so I need to climb up to 5th Floor(Swimming pool).
TV can watch only a few channels( Aljazeera, Chinese & French channels) ,Thai language TV can be watched only 2 channels( TV Ch7HD & Ch 3 HD) and ,we really feel disappointed.Sometimes these Thai channels disappear.
Bathroom is fine ,provides shower gel& shampoo.
