Great value. SPARKLING clean. Families welcome.

We were lost in Sukhothai. This family run hotel saw us and came out to greet us in a very friendly manner and offered us a room also helping us with information about the area. They gave us a discounted room for 600 baht which is just fabulous! I am sitting in the room as I write this. This room is NICE and has A/C. There is a private bathroom and everything is sparkling clean. He also said he would throw in 4 free breakfasts for my entire family. Wow. I would recommend going to this place. This place is sparkling clean and looks amazing. We even have our own private patio.

If you come to Sukhotai, give this hotel a hard pass. The staff was unfriendly, the room was run down, the a/c barely worked, and the area is not great. Ironically, this was our most expensive hotel in Thai and probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in 25 years of coming to Thailand.

It's a scam. I booked for a night stay and upon arrival, the owner told me there's no booking and they have no tie with Trip.com but can offer me a room with good price which i've accepted and paid. Then i contacted Trip.com for cancellation to refund. About an hour later, the customer service notified me that the negotiation for cancellation has failed. What a joke! No tie up with Trip.com but still able to negotiate. My money burned.

The hotel is clean, family owned and run so very simple with no decorations! Bedding and towels were fresh! Water pressure was good. A/C works ok but a bit noisy! Breakfast included but served the same to every guest and same both days we were there. But for the price paid, it was an added bonus! Location is very convenient to walk around and to reach to the main road. Poo restaurant nearby offers delicious and reasonably priced food. Extra parkings are in the back of the hotel. The front door is closed by 9 p.m so guests need to use the side gate to enter inside the hallway to access to the room. The owners post a sign with some telephone numbers at the front door when it’s closed so guests can call as needed. The lady owner is very kind and sweet with her hospitality to us! Overall, we were happy!
