Excellent 10/10 service/location/pool

I think the fact this is our 6th time at this hotel says it all!! this hotel in our eyes is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. I would say the number one10 out of 10 is the service from the hotel team.!!
They cannot do enough for you,
And the location and the pool is outstanding, literally a stone throw away from the beach we look forward to coming here every year!
The rooms are spacious. Everything is so clean.
It just has the best feel when you arrive you’re welcome by all
Looking forward to our 2026 day it can’t consuming enough and from someone that travels around Asia for three months this one week of our travels is definitely our favourite. We are always sad to leave and we stay here for one week every time!!

Good for a short visit

Myself, sister and adult niece stayed here for 2 nights. I must have seen older pictures as it looked better than it actually is. Staff are very friendly and helpful firstly. We booked a deluxe room looking over the pool, which was alot more basic and worn than expected. Wires were hanging out of the light fittings, the TV was intermittent and the bathroom tap i don't think has ever been cleaned. We struggled to first use it as the limescale was so thick.
They only offer one towel each, but it would be nice to have some hand towels too, for hands and hair. As the rooms look directly onto each other, a privacy curtain would be nice, as its either full darkness or everyone see it. The aircon works great but overnight, everything including the floor and clothes are damp and wet.
The location is brilliant to the pier and the beach, and within meters of the streets full of restaurants and shops.

Location location to all that is Phi Phi

We had a couple days at Phi Phi instead of doing the whole day trip thing that a lot of people do.So glad we did as a day trip would have left me with a bad taste in my mouth.We chose this place because of its proximity to all that is Phi Phi.Got off the boat and were met by a man from the hotel that helped us with our bags and had us quickly checked in.The hotel is perhaps a bit sterile on arrival but we had a top floor room with views over the back beach from our verandah.Bed was comfortable,shower was weak and not very hot but it didnt matter.2 pools to choose from which we didnt end up using but were very busy with other people on the sun chairs.Breakfast was served outside of the hotel and was a buffet.Not a huge range of things to choose from but enough to get you by.Right next door to the hotel is the beginning of the warren of markets,restaurants,bars,shops and the nightlife.Good place to get an evening meal and any shopping you want to do.We didnt hear any noise from this section but the beach at night goes off and we could hear the music until 2am.The walk to the harbour is all of 2 minutes and very easy to get boats to any destination.If you have the time spend at least 1 night on Phi Phi to experience it without the thousands of tourists that flock there during the day on day trips.The Harbour view worked for us but if you want something quieter go further onto the island,Bit of a septic smell as you left your room but hey its Thailand and we found it to be the same on any of the islands we stayed at

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights.
Everything was amazing. Great central but very quiet location.
Clean rooms and swimming pool.
Breakfast restaurant with an amazing view.
Lots of cats around.
I would love to give the amazing staff more than 5 stars. They were so lovely and helpful ❤️

The property is situated in a perfect location. The swimming pools are incredible, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The room was clean, but needs some serious updating. The beds were too firm, and my safe didn’t work properly.
We had a swim up room that was in a great location; it was at the end closest to the beach. This hotel was great for a short visit.
If they would spend some money on new mattresses and new shower hardware, this could be a 4 or 5 star rating hotel.
