Could be lovely is care was taken.

I was so excited to stay at this little resort based on the pictures that I had seen. Despite some reviews that the location is isolated was actually what I was looking forward to. The resort is situated in a very beautiful spot next to the mountains and is not far from the town at all however, my main disappointment came when I arrived at the hotel and saw the swimming pool and utter mess.
I don’t know if the owner is local or foreigner, but I really hope they can sort out this little property because it could be something special
They have three staff that are untrained and overwhelmed and running this establishment as it is quite dirty and lacking the small touches that could make it special.
The restaurant and common area is more of a hang out for the staff family, which feels uninviting with no offer of food or beverage.
I stayed three days and my room was only clean once and I was very disappointed that even though I explained my concern over their filthy pool, they told me it was going to be fixed the next day which it never was…
Sadly, from my experience, I wouldn’t go back again, but I hope this feedback to their owner can give them the encouragement to make the changes necessary.
