Room was spacious and clean. I there is a mini fridge and a microwave which was quite useful. Change of towels etc daily. Relatively quiet. A/C worked well. Breakfast buffet was good but should have more vegetarion/vegan options. Check in and check out were easy. Staff was helpful.

Don't fall for the luxury Cockroaches, leaks and major non-performance

Terrible experience. This hotel and casino advertise with luxury, but the reality is shocking. The first room I was placed in was absolutely uninhabitable, unhygienic and unsafe: there were cockroaches running, the bedding was full of hair and dirt, there were large cracks in the walls and there was active leakage near exposed electricity.
Although another hotel room was eventually given, that did not change the unacceptable default and the fact that the standards here are far below par.
Because the promised quality and service were absolutely not delivered and the situation was unsafe, hard-hitting photo evidence was collected on the spot (without personal noise). An official chargeback procedure has now been initiated at the bank via the international Visa network. Because the contractual conditions have been severely violated by the hotel, the full amount of almost €3,000 will be recovered through this official banking means for non-performance and deception.
Don't fall for the pretty pictures online. This complex refuses to take responsibility for overdue maintenance and does not deliver what has been paid for. Travellers, be warned: absolutely do not book here!

Poor

Room very basic but was clean. Breakfast isnt great and some strange things on offer...like macaroni. Hot food wasn't hot and cutlery wasn't clean. Reception staff were unfriendly and quite frankly didn't have a clue. They check your room for sheet or towel damage before you check out.....quite odd. Watch out for the checkout scam of trying to charge you for taxi journeys that you had already paid directly to driver. Rooms facing away from the river look directly (3 metres away) from a huge wall...no view at all....and noise is really bad there from industrial air con units directly under your window. Certainly won't be returning to this hotel

Horrible.

I had a horrible experience with my friends at this hotel. For starters, the hotel does not even have the qualities of a 2-star hotel. The reception service is to be reviewed. The reserved suite was filled with dust, impossible to breathe while staying in the room. Dust can be seen with the naked eye on the sofa, cushions and furniture. Cleaning had to be imposed in view of the dust in the room, (state noted by the room service manager following our call). Also, the bedroom curtains were dusty and filled with mold. The smell of the enclosed weighed in the room, forcing us to leave the windows open. In addition, the breakfast offered is basic, the choices are very limited.
I would not recommend this hotel if you would like to have a wonderful time.

The hotel is great, I just think there is a lack os services, for example: they don't know where you can change money (dolars/ euros) and don't give much advice about it. Another thing is, we arrived on saturday and it was said the breakfast was from 7-11. But on monday we tried to have breakfast and couldn't cause no one told it was until 10:00 on week days. Overall, very helpful people and always very clean.
