My stay at the Hotel Post in Bivio – An unforgettable experience

My husband and I had the great fortune to be able to spend three nights at the Hotel Post in Bivio, and we were completely thrilled. From the furnishings of the house to the breakfast and dinner, simply everything fit together perfectly. This hotel offers not only comfortable rooms, but also an atmosphere that invites you to feel at home.
Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the management and the entire staff. It was palpable that people work here who care for the well-being of their guests with passion and commitment. The staff were always attentive, friendly, and addressed our individual wishes, which made our stay particularly pleasant.
The amenities in our room left nothing to be desired. Stylishly furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences, we felt right at home immediately. The combination of traditional charm and contemporary comfort created a wonderful oasis of well-being after active days outdoors.
Particularly noteworthy is the culinary offering: The breakfast buffet was rich and offered a large selection of fresh and regional products. This is how we started every day with new energy. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also a highlight—varied, lovingly prepared dishes that pampered the palate and showcased the diversity of the local cuisine. Here, you can feel the high quality and the dedication of the kitchen crew, which makes every visit a special treat.
But it was not just the hotel itself, but also the surroundings of Bivio that thrilled us. The region is excellent for hiking and cycling. For us as active travelers, it was a joy to explore nature by bike over hill and dale. The varied trails offer exactly the right thing for every level, from relaxed tours to challenging routes.
The cool wild rivers we discovered along the way were especially soothing. Amidst the heat of July, these natural “pools” were a welcome refreshment and provided new strength for the next stages of our tours. The combination of physical activity and refreshing nature was a balm for body and soul.

Terrible Management Not worth the stay

Terrible experience with management. really poor service. Arrogant and very unhelpful .. never book this hotel . Even when you call they don't answer or provide no assistance

A must stay location

Fantastic location with great food & the staff are amazing. Stayed here many times & it never disappoints. Looking forward to returning next year

Tradition with style and charm

The hotel with a long tradition has been shamefully preserved and expanded. We received a pleasant, large room. Our concerns about street noise proved unfounded. At night it is absolutely quiet and we were able to recover well. The dining rooms in Arve are homely, the food and Service highly professional. Be sure to take a look at the old guest books! We thank Mrs Lanz for her attention and good humour. It was an all around great stay.

A wonderful guest experience

I was allowed to spend one night in this house as part of a group trip (unfortunately only). If you can say "Here it is, I suppose!" after a night, that actually says it all. Despite late arrival, the crew took great care of us. The rooms and guest rooms were cozy, appropriate to history and well equipped. Breakfast really offers everything that makes the day start well. Many thanks to everyone who makes this possible for the guest.
