4 - minus star rating, Good hotel

This is a hotel that mainly caters to visitors to Stockholsmässan, the main fair hotel in Stockholm, and conferences at this hotel. You dont even have to go outside between the two of them. This is a nice scandinavian style hotel with somewhar strict scandinavian design in many areas. However, this also means thar the many interior woodfloors and and woodwalls looks somewhat run down and needs to be restored. The rooms are fairly big and the bathroom also. Nice decorated rooms and nice design in the bathrooms.Very clean everywere I looked. Extremely strong waterpressure in the shower. Absolutely wonderful beds, not the cheap rock hard beds that you find in cheaper hotels. Breakfast is a scandinavian / European style nice breakfast with everything a normal person could ask for. Frontdesk staff was really nice and helpful. I could not get a wi-fi signal to work my room. The hotel provides parking in a designated part of the big fairgararge under the hotel and is very expensive. Try to find somewere else to park. Overall this is a 4- ( minus) star rating hotel. I would be happy to come back and stay at this hotel again.

Friendly personal, rooms were clean, isolation between rooms was really good. Insanely good breakfast. Only thing is that they don’t have a laundry for free use and if you need to store things in a fridge the personal are the ones that handle those which is okay but not that comfortable, however all the personal was in good disposition so it was not much of a problem. Totally recommended!!

Great business hotel with excellent conference rooms next to the exhibition complex.

Pretty disappointed.

We were with you on 27-28.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Went to your place with a friend so that’s okay but wouldn’t choose the hotel for a cozy stay with my partner.
Breakfast was quite different from okay….
When we arrived at 9.30 and then it would be breakfast until 10.30 so was more or less everything empty at the breakfast service. The dishes were completely empty, with toppings, barely vegetables and not a single bread was available, the pancakes were completely exhausted, and the croissants it was completely empty even there.
Had to wait at least 10-15 minutes before things were filled up and there also time ran away to be able to sit and eat breakfast in a quiet moment. The pancakes were closed apparently so it was sad, saw children / young people who were very disappointed.
The staff were stressed but still tried to keep their spirits up and try to do their best, one of the staff apologized so much which felt sad that she should have to do when it seemed like the staff in the kitchen did not finish things in time.
