There isn't even a kettle in the room.
Cheap windows - ZERO sound insulation!

I don’t recommend it, be prepared to pay more than what you booked
No one from the administration contacted us, although we asked about it...
There was no hot water in the hotel this morning! We left without taking a swim.
The bottom of the bathroom was dirty, with some green moldy stains.
Accordingly, there are very big questions for a room for 5400 rubles per night!
And of course there is no smell of 4 stars there.

Quality 4* hotel not far from airport
However, if not to take into attention these subtleties - hotel is superfine. Used to stay in another 4* in Rostov, but seems like Sevan Plaza is gonna be my regular hotel in Rostov in future.

Я расстроена, я устала, мне очень неприятно
Вы когда-нибудь сами заправляли постель в 4х звёздочкой отеле? Нет? Ровезло! А вот я, увы, после марш броска в 1600 км вынуждена сейчас этим заниматься. А вы пробовали когда-нибудь впихнуть двухметроаое одеяло в полуторный пододеяльник?? А вот девушка Алина с ресепшн, после нескольких моих звонков притащила -таки пододеяльники побольше , теперь одеяло намного меньше размера пододеяльник. Я расценивать это как издевательство.
Если вы привыкли к уважительного отношению к себе, то советую искать нормальный отель, с нормальным обслуживанием и заботливыми работниками
