You feel like home in a beautiful, clean, and cozy room, and the owners are always there for you.
We booked the whole place for some of our guests, which came for our wedding. We had 2 rooms for 3 nights and the rest for 2 nights. All our guests were impressed with the rooms and had a great time. The rooms are large, very clean, with a cute design, and even though it was quite cold outside with teperatures going well below 0 at night, inside in the rooms and in the common places was warm and cozy. The villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood, but it is at only 10 minutes walk from the main street where there is a tram station. The trans there go both to the city center and to the aqua park in the other direction. There is a shop as well next to the tram station where you can buy food. However, the thing that impressed us the most are the owners, who are super friendly, always there to help, and to make you feel at home. We were allowed to bring food and drinks for our guests, they were allowed to sleep in late after our wedding and we even had lunch there all together before they departed for their homes. Whether you come to Timisoara for lesure or buisness, we highly recomend getting a room, you will feel like home and leave having some new friends.

Friendly and comfortable base from which to explore Timisoara
Our family of 4 visited Timisoara for a week so we took 3 rooms at La Cassa. Each room was large, bright and comfortable with en-suite shower rooms. Two rooms had aircon and fridges and one had a desk and two balcony doors. All 3 rooms were located to the back of the property looking out over the garden and swimming pool, which was nice to have in this summer’s temperatures.
The host was very friendly and provided us with breakfast at whatever time we wanted it. Breakfast was our choice of omelette or scrambled eggs, ham etc, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers from the garden, preserves (zarcusca), jams, Nutella and honey with toast, yoghurts and fruit juices. This set us up well for the day.
The breakfast room and 2 of the 3 rooms had fridges that were well stocked with beers, soft drinks and water which were very reasonably priced on an honesty system. A nice touch was a bottle of complementary zuica (plum schnapps) and shot glasses which we used on August 9th to celebrate our son’s Scottish exam results!
The property is 5 mins walk from the river Bega which you can walk along to get into the city or you can take the water taxi if you fancy the Bateau Mouche feeling (and they are very cheap). There’s a big fruit/veg and meat market on the way into town along the Bega and the fruit was the best we’ve ever tasted, and again, very well priced.
We had a rental car which we parked on the quiet road in front of the property (#10), best not to park in front of #6 unless you want to get into a discussion with an old German woman with no sense of humour…
We loved our trip and were super happy with our property’s host and family. It had a very friendly vibe.

Everything was taken care of, the wonderful owner picked us up from the airport, the room was spacious and airy, excellent air con, huge bed, wonderful breakfast with salad from their gardens - higly recommended

Like at home
It is located in a quiet area of Timisoara. The property is in a villa separate from the owner with access to a very beautiful yard. The cameras are en suite and have a spacious living room, everything is new and tastefully made. Cleanliness is exemplary, and owners make you feel at home. I recommend this with all confidence
