The Best Hotel in România

Every time We go in Timisoara We stay here ,It is marvelous , luxuriante , expencive amenities and wonderfull staff Kind and profesionist . Room are large with marble in bathroom and Beautifull wallpaper They have good restaurant with Crystal Murano chandelier and solid Wood furniture The Hotel designe compare to what I SEE in Austria -Bad Gastein and In Peloponese -Olympia If YOU came in Roumania YOU have to stay just one night and YOU"ll Be charmed

Bad

Too much noise because it’ s exactly on a main bulevard. The food at the restaurant has a very Poor quality, and you have to wait too long Even you are the only one in the restaurant.I recomend you to Search in other place for a really 4 star hotel

Nice hotel, friendly staff

The hotel is closeby the CRAFT where I attended a fair. The hotel room was beautiful, I felt like a princess. Bit hot though. The minibar did not work good. The room was very clean and the bed comfy. Breakfast was okay. The staff is very friendly. Would stay there again.

Not the best experience

What I didn’t like
Although the room was “chic”, it was totally nonfunctional:
1. No working desk and chair.
2. The only place you can read a book is… the bathroom; unless you bring your own lamp with you.
3. WIFI – extremely slow.
4. There is an electric kettle, but… no cups (only 2 glasses, one of them dirty, although wrapped) and no coffee (except some “3 in one” mix). Instead of tea, you will find… chamomile.
5. No “Don’t disturb” leaflet.
Other issues:
1. Very unpleasant smell in the room.
2. Small parking.
3. Big contrasts in professionalism of the staff.
4. I left the room shortly after 11 and it was not cleaned.
5. No espresso coffee for breakfast.
6. No cola zero / pepsi light in the restaurant and minibar.
7. Noisy street.
What I liked
1. Helpful staff at the reception upon arrival.
2. Very good breakfast (except coffee).
3. Good food and friendly service at the restaurant
4. Big supermarket next door and great seafood restaurant within 10 minutes walk

Great hotel!

The hotel has very elegant and tasteful decorated rooms, with spacious clean bathroom. The staff is very welcoming and polite, the food is great. It's an excellent hotel. I'll stay at hotel Novera also the next time I'll go in Timisoara.
