Excellent experience
I’m truly impressed by the service at this hotel. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but I’ve rarely experienced such a consistently warm, friendly, and helpful team.
A special thank you to Kristian at Reception, Iulia and Doinita in the restaurant, and Madalin at the Conference Center. Each of you went out of your way to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Your kindness and professionalism made our business trip truly exceptional.
The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast offered an excellent variety, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality. I would be delighted to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Clean and comfortable but a couple of disappointments
I stayed here for three nights and overall had a nice stay. The room was very clean, and the restaurant on site was convenient with a good selection for dinner. I didn't try the breakfast, but the happy hour was a nice bonus with buy-one-get-one cocktails.
One unpleasant issue when I first arrived was that there were three very large flies in my room. I'm not sure how they had gotten inside, but it was pretty gross and I ended up spending the first 30 minutes of my stay trying to hunt them down and kill them. Thankfully, I didn't have any additional issues with flies after that.
My other disappointment was the room rate. Several of my colleagues and I stayed for the same dates and all booked using the same government promotional code, yet there were surprisingly large differences in what we were charged. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told it was because we had booked at different times. While I understand that standard hotel rates can fluctuate, this explanation was frustrating given that we were staying on the same dates and using the same promotional code. I would have expected the purpose of the government rate or promotional code to be more consistent pricing.
Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel with a good on-site restaurant and a nice happy hour, but the flies upon arrival and the inconsistent room rates were disappointing.

Top Notch!
Everything about our stay at Courtyard Floreasca was excellent! The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The cleaning staff did a great job. All of the employees were friendly and helpful.
We especially enjoyed the amazing and delicious breakfast buffet every morning. Much thought and effort went into providing such beautiful and nutritious breakfast options. Again, the staff at the restaurant, Solt, were efficient, friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the friendliness and help provided by Donna. She worked hard but also took time to visit with us when she could. She went out of her way to offer special assistance when we needed something extra. She along with many others are an asset to the restaurant.
We also enjoyed many dinners at Solt during our 10 night stay. Every meal was beautifully presented and delicious!
Well done by all!

Dining Room Staff & Service
My husband and I had a wonderful experience in our stay. All the staff was amazing. Very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. We especially commend the staff in the dining room. The food at breakfast and dinner was amazing! The service was incredible! The waiter, Donna, a Filipino young lady, was exceptional. She always asked if we needed anything and always had a smile. A very good worker.

WELCOMING
We had a very enjoyable stay. The bed was super comfortable. We had our own thermostat. The Central Air could be adjusted to our preference at any time. The staff was warm and pleasant. We especially appreciated the Manager Tina. She was always attentive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
