Quiet oasis

Old convent with spacious and comfortable rooms. Restaurant good Czech cuisine. Great value for money. Convenient to reach the center by car.

Trouble

first glance, cozy hotel, we had the family room
With 5 beds (we have 3 daughters) No curtains in the bedroom.......asked reception and they called the manager for us.
But they had no curtains, which was normal for them.
We were able to get another room but we had to pay extra.
Manager was very rude on the phone even said otherwise
just sleep outside if you don't like it.
Girl behind the reception super sweet and friendly.
Manager really a WITCH!!!!VERY RUDE AND RUDE.
Tip from us (my husband is from the Czech Republic itself) take another one
Hotels are so much more, better and more customer-friendly than this one. Unfortunately....
Never again! Very bad

Pleasant stay

Spending the 20th anniversary of our wedding, we have enjoyed very nice service provided by a friendly staff. Food and drinks (wine) was very good, an atmosphere quiet. Room was clean and spacy enough for a couple. Very satisfied!

Reception mood could be developed

I think the reception is the face of the service. Should be polite, friedly, helping, proactive. We lacked these when coming with guests frim 4 countries.. Maybe next time.
On the other hand the ordering was very flexible, we made modification and they accepted it.
The surrounding is nice.
