Nice hotel in Olomouc

We chose this hotel because it had parking. We parked literally in front of the hotel. It's a great location and we could walk the whioe town.
This was a good stop for us between Prague and Krakow
Room was spacious and comfortable.

If you’re looking for a good hotel, keep looking - this isn’t it.

We stayed in 8 hotels on our holiday in Czechia; unfortunately this was the worst. Despite its good location and attentive staff, the quality of the accommodation was not good.

Older hotel in good condition.

This is a good looking hotel that looks like it used to be busy. There is a closed lobby lounge that fosters that look. The room was large, had a mini bar, BUT did not have individual heating controls. (and the odd thing is their website says they DO have individual heating controls, which I would just assume they would). I was given a small electric heater in the afternoon when I asked about heat. The hotel is situated perfectly, right on the tram line and right at the entrance to downtown.
The breakfast was very good. The staff was very pleasant. I would return here.

The hotel was good and room large. The breakfast was varied and plenty of it. The safe in the room didn’t work, and I reported it, and was told the technician would repair it- but never did. The room was too hot and the heating couldn’t be turned down. It had air conditioning but they did not give the controls out as it was winter. They said open the windows, which was fine, but the room faced a busy street so it was loud, and not possible when I wanted to sleep
