Race course

Very clean with everything you would need , tea coffee microwave. Double bed and table and chairs in the room with decent sized tv. Not far frome race course £5 Uber there and about a 20 min walk back. Would definitely stay here again to go to Wolverhampton race course

Not a 5 star accomodation as advertised.

Located near to Wolverhampton in a residential street, 2 parking spaces for 5 apartments. This is a converted house with 3 apartments (1-3)including a communal kitchen and an additional outside building incorporating 2 adjoined apartments (4&5) with own kitchenettes.
We stayed in Studio 4 which is rather cramped, broken floor tiles in kitchenette and bathroom, stained duvet cover, extractor not working, small shower head only emitting cold water, biscuits were out of date and level of cleanliness was poor. Biggest issue for us was the heating or lack of it. Only heating control is the TRV on the radiator as the boiler and bolier control is in Studio 5 which is meant to be under a locked cover which it wasn't. Understand the bolier noise is quite loud in Studio 5 leading to occupants turning it off which then means you have no heating. Spoke with the Manger (Jay) who offered to clean the studio whilst the cleaner was on site but this was offered only ofter the cleaner had left. No other resolutions were put forward. The cleaning lady kindly reset the boiler control for me prior to her leaving and it worked on our second night. The Manager apparently reported to Booking.com that we never turned up which is an odd thing to do given we were in comunication with him throughout our second day there.
Overall a poor experience as we expected a 5 star studio, as was advertised, and a very poor response from the Manager. Would advise to think carefully before booking here.

SCAM! DO NOT STAY HERE.

So I’ve booked to be here for the weekend, once I had paid in full (and cancellation was non-refundable) they enlighten me to say I’m not allowed to stay here due to my age (I’m 23, and the other guest is in their 30’s) because you have to be over 25 to stay at this property apparently. This is not SUPER CLEARLY stated on their advertisements. It’s in their t&c’s somewhere but they’ve happily took your information (including my DOB) and the money and then said I cannot be allowed to stay here.
Safe to say it’s a hiccup in this business trip, and I don’t think I’ll be settling for any less than a refund due to how unclear this was. Possibly even a scam based off other reviews I’ve read.

Worst experience ever

Avoid Turned up late & they cancelled my booking due to card out of date booked way in advance sent new updated card called with no reply but sent messages then received a message to say unavailable been filled by someone else so had to go to Birmingham in end Avoid Avoid Avoid .

CON ARTIST - DO NOT STAY!!!!

Booked to stay for one night 16th April 22.
Arrived at property took all luggage inside before going to supermarket.
Came back noticed long dark hairs on the pillows and cushions on bed were also covered in bits.
started to prepare food there were ants running across the work top and some seen in the shower.
Contacted Jay and we agreed it’s not suitable to stay there. Whilst on the phone ant was seen running up the wardrobe.
Jay agreed to refund deposit £50 and £69 for the room stating his manager was in a meeting but he’ll get it sorted. Jay advised me to cancel the room via booking.com which I did. He stated refund should come through within 1-2 days
Had to find alternative accommodation which cost me £83 funds I did not have. However I believed Jay was genuine when he said I’d be refunded.
Deposit was returned but not cost of room as agreed. Emails sent to Jay to confirm refund received but not room cost. He agreed to chase this up with admin. I’ve made numerous calls, texts and emails and no response
I’ve now raised a complaint to booking.com. Jay has declined to refund the room cost
Absolutely disgusting services!!! I will never book a third party company again.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY !!!!!
