Fantastic stay!
Beautiful property with attention to the smallest details, especially the style and decor are very original.
The welcome, availability, and kindness were outstanding and very appreciated.
The room was well-furnished, clean, and quiet; services were functional and private.
Breakfast was nothing short of amazing, a large, very varied, high-quality buffet for all tastes—sweet, savory, and even detox if you prefer (the overnight oats with chia were fantastic).
Having traveled the city of Porto far and wide, in my opinion, the hotel is located in one of the most beautiful areas, in a residential setting, quieter than the areas heavily populated by tourists and noisy, but at the same time located a few steps from the areas of greatest interest.
A few meters away are taverns, squares, restaurants, and bars.
We have a travel agency and will certainly recommend it

Staff were very accommodating, professional and welcoming l
The room was on top shape. Especially the Windows have an excellent noise insulation. Outside there are these bars with lots of people and noise, but we sis not heard a beat.!!

Excellent location in the heart of town. Wonderful staff and very clean property. The welcome drink is a nice touch!

Fun and comfortable with some errors in service
Comfortable, modern, and very fun
Too bad we couldn't turn off the air conditioning
Excellent breakfast but with confusing service, the reception staff at breakfast was positioned after the buffet and therefore it was not clear that we had to check in for breakfast
The glass of Port upon arrival was excellent

A total success, would repeat without a doubt.
A great choice. A centrally located hotel (10 minutes from city hall and the Clerigos Tower, 5 from the University of Porto and the "Harry Potter" bookstore).
It is located in an area with "traditional" bars that, even though they have people, the noise is not noticeable.
The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything necessary to enjoy the stay.
The breakfast is very good, abundant, and tasty; besides that, they also offer an "afternoon snack" and a "happy hour," which is something original that I don't usually see in other hotels.
They have an Italian restaurant that is good.
The service is a ten; young people very committed to their work (kind, accessible, always in a good mood,...) who make sure any question or problem is resolved immediately and make the stay wonderful (we had a problem with some ants in the room and it was solved as soon as we gave notice).
What surprised me the most was the decor; it is worth going just to see it, it is original.
