The staff is very friendly and helpful. They really made us feel at home. We stayed there both before and after visiting Machu Picchu. The rooms were clean each time. We enjoyed the breakfast, grassy field and the swinging benches. They let us keep most our bags there while we were gone to Machu Picchu, which was very helpful. Great place to stay!

This was a charming cottage like property. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was close to everything we needed. The standout feature, however, was the owner. He was so personable and helpful, remembered our names, and was just an all around good person to us.

Relaxation

This hotel is located on the outskirts of the village nice and quiet around in the village it is quite noisy even in the evening.
It has a pretty garden and simple rooms with shower.
The staff is very helpful and extra friendly. The time I was there was unfortunately the road broken but in the future you can just get there by transport.
The rooms have a TV. You can also play games or read a book in the recreation room. There are Board games and there is also TV game.

We stellen uw vriendelijke woorden over ons team bijzonder op prijs; het motiveert ons enorm te weten dat onze service en gastvrijheid uw verblijf aangenamer hebben gemaakt.
Wij betreuren het ongemak dat de tijdelijke afsluiting van de weg tijdens uw bezoek heeft veroorzaakt. Gelukkig verwachten wij dat de toegankelijkheid zich verder zal normaliseren, zodat wij onze gasten een nog comfortabelere ervaring kunnen bieden.
Het zou ons een waar genoegen zijn u opnieuw te mogen verwelkomen en u een rustig en gezellig verblijf in het hart van Ollantaytambo te blijven bieden.

The staff was very attentive and charming. Leo check with us when we arrived and helped us with getting transportation from the Hotel to Cusco.
He made sure to know what time we’d like to have breakfast daily.
The grounds at the hotel are beautiful and the accommodations with a sitting area with tea was lovely.

Very bare necessities hotel. Maybe due to off season their breakfast was very limited. The living room in this hotel is shared which is not obvious from the pictures. Rooms are cramped for space.
