Well

Good reception, pleasant atmosphere. Location close to the beach. Good pool. The rooms were warm. Adequate bathrooms. It had a bar. The day we were there, the power went out throughout the town, but the hotel offered a generator.

RUN AWAY

We made contact for kite lessons, as a family, clearly specifying that we were at the waterstart stage, a few tacks. We were assured that it is possible. In fact, you leave with completely worn-out equipment, trashed harnesses, very damaged sails that break after 1 fall into the water, which they charge you for! Meeting at the edge of a Pacific Ocean whipped up by a 25-30 knot wind, by someone who calls themselves a professional to take 4 beginners+ into the hellish ocean, obviously without a boat to tow (maybe in Peru beginners know how to go upwind right away?). So of course the scam doesn't stop there: rental of a quad for 2 hours at 50 dollars, which you only find out about upon returning, whereas logically, anticipating kite conditions adapted to the client is rather the professional's responsibility....
In short, run away! We were lulled by the confidence of the surf shop and Joël.
In the end, by the way, no radio, in a steep lagoon, one sail for 4, but 250 euros!
Avoid the establishment or at least the kite lessons

Good place in Mancora

Very good place to stay in Mancora. 10min by walk from the city center, so quite calm, and very closed to the beach. Great swimming pool and hamacs. Room were large and comfortable. Only negative points : the towels were not changed. We had to request them every day at the reception. Some soap or shower products furnished would have been great too.

Very nice

I thik is the better hotel in the place...thanks god we found an available bungalow to stay...the price is god if you want quality....the place is really nice...you have jacuzzi in your bungalow...at the night the place is so magical...they have many romantic lights....is a right place if you are in honey moon

Love!

I absolutely loved this place. I could hear the ocean while laying in the hammock outside of my room. It was clean, there was a great breakfast, and a super nice pool. Such and amazing, nice, and affordable place.
It was an easy walk to town. I liked it because it was a little off the beaten path. Not ocean front but just across the street.
