We were received with great hospitality by Mr. Jaime, he did not measure efforts to please us. I felt very welcome.
He prepared us a delicious mixed egg, morning coffee note a thousand.
Everything extremely clean and fragrant.
I felt at home.

Great hotel to do trips in Huaraz and the mountains!

Maimara is a beautifull hotel, locatie a fee blocks away from the centre of Huaraz. Therefore in is a queit place to enjoy the well deserved rest after hiking in the mountains.
To is a family business with very kind and accomodating personell.
The hotel is clean, safe, and has great atmosphere.
You can enjoy delicious local beers in the bar, and also the breakfast is very good!
I recommend this hotel to everyone who want to enjoy Huaraz and the Andes Mountains.

A luxurious boutique hotel that has all for your pleasant stay in Huaraz

Gorgeous boutique hotel located just out of busyness of the center. Has some amazing cozy vibe and is the best to rest in front of a fireplace in the evenings after hiking wonderful mountains of cordillera Blanca.
Constructed in a beautiful manner with lots of wood and rock with some intricate details all over.
The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and terrace looking to snowy peaks of Huascarán and others.
Breakfast fresh and tasty.
Owners are very nice and friendly couple who will make sure your stay in Huaraz is unforgettable.

Very cozy and friendly hotel in a quiet place

Very cozy hotel, making it a great choice for this city since most tours you do in huaraz will have you come back to your room physically exausted. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful, especially the owner, who helped us with everything he could, including scheduling tours with reliable agencies at a fair price, which is very hard to do on your own in Huaraz.
Although it is not as close to Plaza de Armas as other hotels, it's still within walking distance (around 20min) and you can get there also by mototaxi which is very cheap. Also, being far from Plaza de Armas makes it very quiet at night.

Fantastic hotel

We spent a couple of days at this hotel before and after our Santa Cruz trek. Everything was perfect. The manager and his staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the location is ideal, only a short walk from the town centre. Rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast room at the top has a stunning view to Huarascan.
Of course there are the mountains nearby but only this hotel is worth a visit to Huaraz.
