Vacation in Cusco

Cozy place but can be improved!

It was nice staff and very cozy and clean, however, happened on several occasions that they came and cleaned the room, took our towels but left no new ones! So three times we had to ask for new ones.
The breakfast buffet could have been a little better but was absolutely not bad.
We asked them to wash our clothes which they did but since it used red yarn to mark which clothes were ours, unfortunately the thread was ferried by a white sock so it now has red spots. It’s not the biggest problem in the world but not very fun anyway, they could have done the laundry better.
The hot water in the shower was not as hot in the evening as in the morning but it was also not a big problem. It was a bit of a shame though because I was cold from the evening out and would have liked to take a very hot shower but the water was just a little above body temperature.
Wifi was not quite enough to the room super good, you had wifi but a bit slow it was.
After all, it was a nice place but it can be improved a little bit.

Experience in the center of Cusco

Very good hotel, recommended, close to restaurants and attractions, very well equipped, the breakfast has few options but is acceptable.

Great home base for a family trip

We stayed at Hotel Rojas Plaza Boutique for three different reservations while in Peru. They were very accommodating to our complex itinerary coming and going every couple of nights so that we could visit the sacred valley and do a 5 day Trek to Machu Picchu. They graciously stored our luggage and welcomed us back with a smile each time we returned. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, yet modest. The breakfast was very nice and the staff most pleasant. It wasn't glamorous, but we felt welcomed and at home during our 5 nights there throughout our two week journey. The location was central to all we wished to see. Indira, at the front desk, was a delight and ensured our needs were met each day.

Home away from home.

We stayed at the Rojas Plaza Botique three times while we toured outside Cusco, Peru. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent and in the middle of many interesting sites and experiences. Upon returning from the Salkantay Trek, the Rojas felt like our home away from home. Thank you for making our visit to Peru even better.
