Super good hostel for a fair price and nice extras

Its a really nice Hostel and the price is also super fair. U have a kitchen to cook for urself and hot showers. The only thing that could be improved is the small breakfast. Good but small. But i still recommend it if u are looking for a cheep nice hostel. :)

We were glad

The hotel is comfortable. The rooms have no windows although they are quite spacious (we took a private room). It includes breakfast, which is simple but appreciated. AMAZING showers, very warm water. The kitchen would have to take care of it more, there is no utensils and it is not clean. At the entrance there is a laundry with very good price.

Middle range hostel, could be better but is overall ok-ish

This hotel has an excellent location on san francisco square. It's affordable and with some adjustments could make it to excellent.
The good: location, really right downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are a lot of places to sit around. It was quiet. Yes there is a bar on premise but the noise was very low and overall very little people in it.
The meh: exceptionally small kitchen, two people can't cook at the same time, which is not ideal in a hostel with many guests.
The shared bathrooms were very cold. Hot water took a little time to come.
The not so good: kitchen had no utensils, like just 4 forks and spoons. Barely any plates or other cutlery. No kettle for fast boiling of water.
A great place for a night or two but not for long stays.

Central hotel for whatever you need!

It's a colonial hotel! That is, with an old concept! However, it is very neat and the staff is quite attentive! The rooms are clean and the sheets and pillows are comfortable! One point of improvement would only be the bathroom! Otherwise they treated us very well

Wrost hostel ever

The hotel was supposed to be open 24 7 and I returned at 1:30 at night, no one opened the door no matter how much I knocked and called them. The next day I came and asked for the money for this night and not wanting to stay there any more nights i booked before. The manager did not agree to return the money and said the employee fell asleep and slept deeply so that is why he did not open. It was only after I demanded and spoke louder- the money was returned to me. Do not recommend anyone to approach this place. Then I heard another lot of friends who also had this case there, so this is not happened just to me.

Hello dear guest, we appreciate that you have taken the time to make your comment. However, we have not found any records of your complaint that door was not opened for you as we have cameras on the hostel. The receptionist was always there and there were even some guests who arrived at different times during that night such as midnight or 1:00am and 2:00am. Also your 2 friends were inside the hostel then you could have called them to open it if you were really outside.
Despite the fact that there was no proof of your complaint and due to the mistreatment and insults you gave to our receptionists that morning, we decided to refund a 100% of the amount you had paid for 3 nights and the 100% of your friend’s payment as well even though they did use the room.
We are very sorry that you have had these offensive attitudes with the staff. But anyway, we hope you and your friends could have great stay in Peru.
