Super recommended

The staff was very friendly and approachable. Super comfortable rooms. It did not include breakfast, but it was still not necessary in our case as we went on tour super early. There was always hot water, extra blankets, provided us with a heater, tea as many times as we wanted always available at reception, smart TV, fast internet. Plus it is super well located the hotel in a quiet area. Good price. We realized it was a hotel in high demand but there were always one or two people to take care of us. As a bonus when we traveled to Aguascalientes they were very friendly and kept some of our luggage while we returned. I recommend staying here, we were very happy.

Booking Confirmed and Paid, But Hotel Had No Room

I booked this hotel for 3 nights April 19–22 through the booking agency Hostelworld. My reservation was confirmed and paid for, as attached. However, upon arrival, I was told there was no room available, and I had to urgently find alternative accommodation.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the hotel deflected responsibility by claiming that I had “subscribed with the booking agency” (as attached) This is incorrect. I DIDN’T choose this booking agency, The HOTEL chose to list rooms and advertised availability despite having NO availability.
I insisted on a refund, the hotel assured me it would be processed within 10 days (as attached) However, I have yet to receive any refund. , I will have to take more serious measure to get my money back. I’m leaving this review to warn others: if you're considering booking this hotel, be cautious—this may be a scam.

Terrible

We made a same-day booking and arrived after traveling for 3 hours. At check-in, the receptionist told us he didn’t speak English and said there was no room available for us. He also mentioned there was no option for free cancellation, so we were left to figure things out on our own — with no help from him.
Other guests stepped in to help translate, and at one point, he even asked us to pay a second time. After waiting for 3 hours, his manager finally arrived. Her solution was to move us to another hotel 10 minutes away by car, which we refused. Eventually, she gave us a room at the original hotel, but shockingly, she removed the bed and refused to let us stay more than one night — even though we had booked for two.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cuzco like home!

The location is second to none. Close to all the emblematic places of the city. The staff is always attentive to any need to make your stay a very pleasant experience. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast service is also very complete and nutritious. Ideal before starting any excursion. We'll be back soon!

Excellent service

Comfortable, clean room with personal toiletries and very friendly staff available at all times. It is very well located a few blocks from the main square. Quiet place where you can rest and spend a good stay in the imperial city.
