Amazing Holiday!!
It was a nice hotel for family, couples and friends.. very valuable compared to money, food is extremely good and the free buffet breakfast is very filling.
I also spent one of the most beautiful nights at Martini Bar with its perfect view, and the bartender was really friendly and kind.
One of the best places I've visited
Well recommended and would stay again if visiting the area.

Bedroom and Restaurant
In the end the manager of the dining room appeared and told him to give us dinner
The restaurant people are very friendly. And willing to solve the problem

Terrible food ... great rooms
1- rooms are spacious. 5 stars rating rooms
2- very close to the city center
Bad things:
1- horrible , terrible breakfast that doesnt reflect a 4 star hotel its only fool humus and labne. Examples : cornflakes is available but no milk
No desserts
2- my room was under the bar. I had to call the reception everyday to let lower their music.
To sum up .. to me if i would come back to ramallah i wont stay in caeser hotel again unless they work on their breakfast issue.
